However, as our colleagues informed you The Reserve Family Suites building, where is located the room category you purchased, will remain completely operational, and in addition, we will enhance the experience by including full access to Paradisus Grand Cana, which offers the most luxurious experience within Melia's portfolio in the Dominican Republic with 8 exquisite restaurants and 5 bars, MAIA Spa by Natura Bissé Spa, a fitness studio, and Blast! Aqua Fun Park: an adventure park featuring water games and slides. On the other hand, we regret your negative perception regarding our maintenance and cleanliness of the beach. It is worth mentioning that we have a support staff around the beach and specific machinery for the selective seaweed removal as well, to ensure optimum sanitary conditions that guarantee the enjoyment of our customers while preserving the ecological role they play.
