Beautiful place perched on the mountainside overlooking Queenstown. It’s only a couple minute walk to central Queenstown. Very friendly and helpful proprietors. Fabulous view on the balcony.

Perfect retreat
What an amazing boutique hotel. We thoroughly enjoyed the quiet boutique feel. Amazing bed. Amazing views of Queenstown and the surrounding area. The added touches were excellent. Lovely big room with excellent bedding. Easy walk into the centre of Queenstown. Continental breakfast was excellent. Peter and Christine were lovely hosts. We would definitely stay here again.

On a 3 day stay my room was not serviced once. They said every 2 days. That’s pretty poor

DR Rodney-You had it explained at check-in that due to staff shortages the room would be serviced every 2nd day and if anything was needed in room otherwise you were just to let us know at breakfast. With all due respect your Hotel Room was left in the worst state I have seen in some time.

Excellent location, parking on site, great service, and nice and warm for the winter months. It is a friendly and welcoming place to stay and you have a much more personal experience than if you stayed in a large corporate hotel.

Absolutely loved!!!
The amount of attention to detail at this hotel is absolutely incredible! You can tell that someone has put so much thought into every corner of this lovely little boutique, from fresh baked Anzac biscuits to makeup remover satchels. My room was immaculate. The mattress was comfortable. The view was lovely. The location was ideal. There's also a comfy lounge area, some tables outside, and a bright breakfast room.

Very friendly staff. On arrival was personally greeted and given a tour of the important features of the hotel. Very comfortable rooms, well appointed and even included hand made biscuits and chocolate fish !

Great Place to Stay in Queenstown
Lovely hotel....more personal than the bigger hotels. In a great location with fantastic views. The room was spotless, very well equipped and the beds are so comfy. Really enjoyed our stay. Will definitely be staying again!

Charming B&B with comfort of home
Nice location with beautiful view of mountains from terrace. Room was wonderful with a delicious breakfast. Felt like we were in a villa in Italy while in Queenstown.

オーナーとスタッフ全員のサービスと心配りが完璧でした。お部屋も素敵で、ワカティプ湖と街を望むことができ、朝晩で移り変わる景色が美しかったです。最も印象的だったのは朝食です。旬の食材や新鮮な野菜を使ったtoday’s specialは最高です。フルーツサラダやヨーグルトも美味しいです。ダイニングルームは居心地がよく調度品も素敵で、また、いつでも美味しい紅茶などの飲み物がいただけて寛げる場所でした。必ずまた泊まりたい場所です。

Friendly and Comfortable
Very comfortable environment, 3 minutes walk away from the town centre but still nice and quiet. Paul and Frankie are great operators and will definitely stay here next time I'm in QT. Even allowed me a late check out so that I could leave for my 1pm flight straight from the hotel. Cheers!!

A wonderful stay.
This hotel is simply wonderful. Nothing was too much trouble for Franky, and all staff we met were helpful and engaging. Our bedroom was beautifully decorated, with views over the town below.

A Boutique Hotel in every aspect !
We were very pleased and satisfied with this hotel in every aspect. The staff is very friendly, professional and passionate for what they do. Every room is taken care with detail, since the bedding, towels, pillows and toiletries to different kinds of tea, coffee, hot chocolate, cookies and cups of wine in room. The breakfast time you cannot skip, you have the option of a continental breakfast for those in a hurry or you can wait for the day special or any cook to order you wish and they will bring you this beautiful decorated plate to enjoy. Also, every room has a balcony with a beautiful view to Queenstown lake with the mountains in the background that even in the winter you want to spend some time there. The hotel location is also a plus since you do not need a car to go to town, you just walk 2 blocks down and you are already there. The only The only thing a could recommend to make it 100% is a washer and dryer available for the guests

Fabulous hosts
The kindest most helpful hosts. Great location I missed out on the community breakfasts because I was there in off season. The owners couldn’t have been any kinder and more supportive and accommodating. My room had fantastic views of the Remarkables. Great value ! 5/5 recommended

Perfect spot
The host and hostess at Brown's Boutique Hotel was the icing on the cake to our stay in Queenstown. This location is operated more like a quaint countryside inn with the owners catering to almost need. The custom made to order breakfast was the perfect start to every day. If we are back to this part of the world, it wouldn't be as grand without staying here again!

A quiet hotel in Queenstown
Great location in Queenstown out of noise of the city but still easy walk into the main centre. Very clean & comfortable with a well cooked & enjoyable breakfast included. All the staff were very helpful.

Right in the city
This B&B was in a fantastic location. Only a 5 min walk to the heart of downtown and the water. It offered great views, top notch staff, amazing breakfast and advice for places to go and things to see. It was nice to have large open doors to let the cool summer air in at night along with a fan if you want just a little extra cool air! Stay here on your next trip!

Wonderful experience
We were met by the owner, Warren, who checked us into our rooms and explained to us the hotel amenities. Terrific location overlooking the town and harbor. Breakfast was made to order, and we had champagne on Christmas morning. Rooms are clean and comfortable.

B&B feel with a great location
This hotel has amazing location. It's an easy walk from the heart of town, but that few minutes of distance makes it quiet and peaceful. There is parking, and it is easy to get on the road that will take you to see the sights outside of Queenstown. The manager is superb, the food is excellent, the coffee is fantastic. The decor is a bit dated, both in our room and out, but it was spotlessly clean.

Beautiful boutique hotel in a fantastic location. Only 2 minutes walk to the center of Queenstown. Large, comfortable rooms and delicious breakfast. I would definitely stay here again and recommend it to any friends.

Awesome stay
My fiancé and I spent 4 nights at browns boutique during winter and had the best stay. We were greeted by Peter who gave us a quick tour and showed us to our room. It is an amazingly short walk into the centre of Queenstown which made it easy to pop out for dinner and not worry about driving or parking. The rooms were always warm and clean when we got in from skiing and whether I thought was Peter himself or the people he has managing the property for him we were always welcomed warmly. The breakfasts were also delicious everyday
