Personale dell'hotel veramente gentile.Posizione molto comoda al centro moderno di Rabat e alla medina.Albergo vecchio,camere appena accettabili,colazione ultra-scadente.Certo 40 euro non sono molti per dormirci ma serve un po' di umiltà

Hotel datato, ma sufficiente
Hotel situato a circa 25 min apiedi dalla stazione Rabat Ville (o 10 di tram). La struttura è grande e a suo tempo anche molto bella, purtroppo la scarsa manutenzione ha reso il tutto molto decadente. La pulizia nelle camere è buona, un po' meno nelle aree comuni, il bagno seppur datato è sufficientemente ampio anche se ha solo un aereatore (non la finestra). Gentili e disponibili i ragazzi del personale, buona la connessione wifi. La colazione è sempre compresa e comprende caffè, succo, yogurt, croissant e marmellata. Se trovato a buon prezzo uò essere una buona soluzione.

un disastro
lenzuola e coperte sporche e macchiate, un amico del posto ci ha segnalato che l'hotel viene usato dai locali per andare a prostitute, manutenzione assente, abbiamo preso una tripla, a disposizione ci hanno messo un solo shampoo (per dire). colazione al minimo indispensabile (perfino l'acqua viene considerato un extra a pagamento).

Un hotel come tanti, di quelli che probabilmente un tempo sono stati belli ma che pian piano decadono. Sicuramente il prezzo è più alto di quel che vale, ma le alternative in città mi sono sembrate poche. Il personale alla reception è abbastanza cortese, il resto del personale un po insistente anche nel chiedere mancie. Le camere sono piutosto piccole, senza pretese, lenzuola e coperte non particolarmente pulite, servizi igienici ok. Colazione deludente. Rete wi-fi solo nelle aree comuni.

Convenient Location
We stayed in the hotel overnight for a quick visit to Rabat on our way to Fes. The hotel is very conveniently located opposite the medina walls and within walking distance of all of the city's main sites. The hotel is functional so don't expect the maximum beauty or modern rooms but the room was clean, the staff were friendly and helpful and the breakfast was good. There was parking available directly outside the hotel or just behind it in a locked car park. The perfect choice for a stopover.

Un vecchio grand hotel
Se non pretendete un servizio d'eccellenza e una struttura moderna questo vecchio grand hotel un pò decadente ha comunque fascino da offrire e un'ottima posizione centrale di fronte alla Medina. Camere vecchie ma comunque spaziose e pulite, ristorante e bar interni aperti la sera per cenare.buono per una notte di passaggio a Rabat.

The room was large, bright, and clean. Great location just across the street from the medina and 10-15 minute walk to the Kasbah, Hassam Tower, Rabat-Ville train station. When the wifi did not work in my initial room, the guy at the front desk immediately offered to change my room and the wifi worked perfectly in the new room all throughout my four day stay. The woman at the front desk was also always polite and helpful. I really enjoyed sitting on the balcony, watching the sunset over the medina and it was magical when there was a call to prayer. Yes, the tub, toilet, and sink were pink (as some others have noted) but really!! they all worked with good hot water and pressure. Air conditioning worked perfect as well. To sum up, great front desk staff and I would definitely stay again. Just like the front desk woman said to me with a smile on check-out..."a la prochaine"

Dieses Hotel ist absolut nicht empfehlenswert und wir haben nach 2 Nächten das Hotel gewechselt. Es ist dreckig und mehr als in die Jahre gekommen. Außerdem ist es wirklich sehr laut, da es an einer Hauptstraße liegt. Das Frühstück ist leider auch überhaupt nicht ansprechend. Dieses Hotel sollte man von dieser Seite entfernen.

Good size rooms
It was good size room and balcony. We had 3 beds instead of 2. There was a market with fresh juices two seconds walk. Lots of food around. The hotel breakfast was ok not the best I've had. Staff friendly and helpful. Especially a staff member Yasin he spoke good English and was super helpful.

Het hotel is eenvoudig, maar wel goed.
We hebben 5 nachten verbleven in dit hotel. Het hotel is eenvoudig, maar als je alleen het hotel gebruikt om te slapen en te ontbijten is het prima. We hadden alleen niet de eerste nacht de kamer zoals geboekt, maar dat hebben ze prima opgelost door er een extra bed bij te zetten. De volgende dag hadden we de 3 persoonskamer zoals geboekt. Het was alleen wel wat lawaaiig. Maar daar begin je wel aan te wennen. Het ontbijt was goed. Er waren veel verschillende soorten broodjes.

Brilliant location. Good breakfast and helpful staff. Parking is not free but was secure and cheap. I would definitely recommend this if travelling to Rabat.

L'accueil assuré par deux dames est très correct. La chambre est correcte également mais cela se gâte avec les sanitaires et le lavabo complètement bouché (20 minutes d'écoulement montre en main!) le comportement du personnel affecté au petit déjeuner laisse également à désirer. En revanche l'hotel est très bien situé pour découvrir la médina. Cet hotel aurait besoin de rénovation pour les sanitaires et d'un management efficace et présentiel!

Bra prisvärt boende i Rabat.
Efter att ha läst tidigare recensioner var jag skeptisk inför vistelsen. Rummet var stor väldigt fräscht, med balkong och trevlig stadsutsikt. Receptipnisterna var hjälpsamma och artiga. Utmärkt läge nära gamla stan och Rabat centrum. Frukosten innehåll varierade stort, var ok enl marockansk sed. Vad som brast här var servicen, kaffe och te alltid ljummet, utbudet presenterades bristfälligt, bestick att plocka med saknades alltid, man var tvungen att säga till på skarpen om ngt skulle hända. Skulle rekommendera det trots allt, prisvärt.

The Worst Place
the bouregreg hotel is no more than a very low rated b&b,the place is located in an extremely area of the capital,the bathroom walls covered with mold,air condition system is very loud and steressing,the staff have no professional knowledge.everything is done amateurishly,breakfast is a take it or leave it affair,dirty cracked and chipped crockery,never any juice fruit or any item i would consider suitable for breakfast,bread cakes and biscuits.never once that there someone to greet you in the morning when one enters the so called restaurant.staff sitting behind a screen talking loudly about private matters,as i said ,all of unprofessional attitude and aptitude,dirty scruffy uniforms.I am a professional hotelier,with over 30 years experience,i instructed students in customer service and proficient service delivery.this was my worst stay experience and i travel a lot.

Excellent value, close to train, shopping & beach
What I liked most was the Central easy location. About a 15 minute walk to the train station through shopping area or the other direction 15 minute walk to the ocean. Some very good restaurants also easy walking distance. Great selection of breakfast breads but light on proteins. Mattress was ok, not great. Staff are friendly and helpful. Building shows it’s age. But quaint design, especially the central fountain sitting area.

Clean, simple, and old
Hotel looks like its out of the 1930's. Clean, even if dated. Staff was very kind and helpful. Hot water was inconsistent--two out of the four mornings I had a hot shower. The other two mornings it was slightly warm once and the other morning the shower was cool. Breakfast each morning included a large assortment of sweet pastries, sweetened yogurt, and coffee. Some mornings there were a few hard boiled eggs and unsweetened rolls. One morning there was juice. The location is fantastic--across from Old City, beside a grande taxi station, near tram and train station. The WIFI did not reach my room which was at the end of the hall. I had an inside room so did not have a lot of noise from the outside. For the price and location, I would definitely use this again.

To start I would not give the hotel name. Its category is hostel. Shower with cold water no hot water. the small room with a few double double beds the room is shabby of hostel type and the terrible service intolerable is saved the bed and the heating

Bouregerg Hotel ist jedem zu empfehlen. nette Personal. Sehr sauber und gepflegt. Handtücher werden jeden Tag gewechselt. Einzige Sache ist mit dem Früchtecken, es soll wirklich verbessert werden. Selber hatte ich keine Schwirigkeit damit, aber manchen könnte als Mangel betrachtet. Unbedingt müssen Säfte und Wasser geboten werden. Und der Caffe muss etwas stärker werden.

Value for my money but improvements needed
This was my 2nd visit. I stayed 29 days and so could not choose anything pricey. I had good value for my money although much improvement is needed with good management. A brave team at Reception put up with the guests' complaints. They were always as helpful and understanding as they could. But they are not responsible for the hotel's policies and finances. The bread-and-butter of the hotel seems to be busloads of passing tourists who spend one night on their way to somewhere. Downside of this is that they never bother to complain if things are unclean or broken. I wiped off quite a lot of dust from the drawers each time I checked into a room. I showed a picture of this at reception. Rooms are regularly serviced but the level of service varies from day to day. The maid on my floor (her name is Najjad) was less than useful and I welcomed her days off. I gather she has two years left to retirement. I complained that she insisted on barging into rooms to change towels whereas others would knock. I told her to do same. A complimentary free breakfast is made up mainly of pastries and cakes (often not fresh) and after 3-4 weeks I was craving cereals, milk and toast. Again one for the 'directeur de l'hotel'. One individual in the restaurant (his name's Anwar) amused himself by keeping the buffet area in the dark. He would sit in a dark corner and watch us pick our breakfast in near-darkness. Sadly these 'dark' mornings coincided with the absence of the 'passing white tourists'!!

Dit hotel heeft zijn beste tijd gehad. Totaal ongezellig en uitgeleefd. De ruimte waar het ontbijt wordt geserveerd is onaangenaam en het buffet is ondermaats. koekjes en brood met confituur soms een half hard ei... Het personeel is niet geinterresseerd in klanten. De dame aan de receptie ligt meestal te slapen achter de desk ...

En arrivant à l'hotel Bouregreg, le personnels d’accueil m'informe que je n'ai aucun réservation dans ledit hôtel et refuse de me donné une chambre car l'hôtel est plein. Après une longue discussion, le personnel a toujours refusé. A ce moment là, j'ai décidé d'alerté les polices. Je me suis déplacé dans un poste de police et je voulais déposé plainte, les policiers ont décidé de m'accompagné à l'hôtel pour voir d'ou viens le problème. A ce moment le personnel à changer de discours et m'ont proposer un autre hôtel. Je me suis déplacer encore une fois au nouveau hôtel, j'ai remarqué que ce n'est pas de la même qualité, ni le nombre d'étoiles. L'hôtel bouregreg est 3 étoile , le nouveau hôtel est de 0 étoile. Je suis en déplacement professionnel, j'ai passé une soirée horrible. En plus de ça, le prix du nouveau hôtel est nettement inférieur à l'hôtel bouregreg. En rajoutant à cela, le temps conséquent que j'ai perdu, la fatigue, l'énervement et une mauvaise qualité du nouveau hôtel.
