Hi Michael, As the new owners I feel like we immediately accommodated your first request in a pinch the second you walked in our door by changing your reservation that you had made to a different room because the 7 yr. old wanted her own bed which you mentioned she was going to have a meltdown. At the time you were very appreciative and told us we made a 7 yr. old's night. Secondly, the following morning you mentioned a squeaky door and my husband fix it upon your request that day. That same day you called us as your kids were playing in the pool saying they were a little cold. At that time is was about 62 degrees and breezy outside & pool was 70 degrees. You guys seemed to be out there for quite sometime having fun. You never asked us to turn up the heat, you just asked if the pool heat was on. However I did notice you wearing your jacket outside but still you guys want to get in the pool. Sorry it wasn't to your liking but we have many guest in the pool enjoying it everyday.

Yes the scenery is absolutely beautiful here in the Black Hills of South Dakota. Our location is just 4 miles outside of Hill City and 10 miles from Mt Rushmore.
