We do not agree that the property is unclean or ‘potentially unsafe’ as thousands of happy guests can attest, but we sincerely apologize that the standard of the cleanliness in the room you were assigned did not reach our usual high standards. Upon your arrival at the hotel, once this issue was brought to our attention, our team made every effort to resolve your issues and even offered alternative accommodation at our hotel, but it seems your desire was to move to an alternative hotel irrespective of our actions after having booked a non-refundable discounted room.The Spa at Friendship Beach (Atmanjai) is extremely popular, welcoming many thousands of guests from across the world for detox, wellness and fitness programs. Once again, we apologize that our spa did not reach your expectations, but given the extensive range of spa treatments available at Atmanjai, it’s not clear to us what the joke you refer to is. It is noted that instead of staying at Friendship Beach, you decided to stay in a villa instead, which is clearly in a higher price bracket.
