“My family had an excellent experience staying in the guest house. The overall look and functionality made our experience extremely comfortable. The hosts were available and very friendly. “For a listing that makes such a large emphasis on the hot tub it was very sad when we arrived and the hot tub was empty. Also while the listing calls it a house and an apartment and their communication says penthouse this is actually a town house with shared walls on both sides and neighbors to worry about and or hear. The owners mentioned that they own many properties in the area and their communications all felt auto generated. If that’s what you are looking for please enjoy.”

“This was our first trip to Iceland. This house was the perfect place to stay, as we had a rental car (all cars are stick shift btw so be prepared!) . There was plenty of space, wonderful appliances to use if we needed them, pleasant geothermal heating and heated water, a lovely deck and a hot tub, and walking trails nearby. The property manager gave us some very helpful tips, especially about finding local swimming/hot pot/sauna options. Very comfortable. Highly recommended!”

“Rosa's house is just perfect in every way. The location is super convenience to the airport, blue lagoon, and downtown Rekjavik. The neighborhood is safe and parking pad is spacious. The house is super cozy, and spacious at the same time. Rosa supplied the house with everything you can think of to make her guests stay as comfortable as possible. “Struttura in una posizione comoda, poco lontana dal centro e con molti parcheggi gratuiti. È un po’ rumorosa, la sera c’è via vai di gente nei corridoi e chiasso generale. Il primo giorno Qualche inquilino del piano superiore ha iniziato a spostare mobili in piena notte. Non abbiamo trovato la stanza molto pulita, c’erano dei capelli nel letto. Facendolo notare ci hanno detto di mandare delle foto che io purtroppo non avevo fatto. Tutto sommato un buon compromesso qualità prezzo. ”
