Terrible. My room wouldn’t get below 75 degrees even though it’s 65 outside. Had to leave windows and door open to try to cool it down. When I complained to front desk, she gave me a bucket of ice and said I can access the pool to cool down.
Restaurant is closed for renovations which I was not aware of.
I was double charged. I complained, no refund. When checking out, no one was at the front desk. I found 2 employees who were also unable to find anyone to help. One of them texted the GM with no response. When I try calling the main hotel number I get a recording saying to contact via text. I sent a text, sent emails to the main hotel email and GM, no response. Found a number to the restaurant, that manager took my info, no response. Hotel owes me over $1000.
