La casa delle vacanze migliore del mondo!
Casa semplicemente perfetta, curata, accogliente, non mancava nulla di nulla. Pulita e organizzata con estrema cura e passione. Siamo rimasti a dir poco esterrefatti dall’attenzione con cui è stata pensata. Il nostro soggiorno era purtroppo bagnato e freddo ma la casa era calda e confortevole. La proprietaria Sig.ra Angela davvero merita un grandissimo complimento. Eccezionale. Se vogliamo trovare proprio qualcosa da dire era la zona trafficata (ma era indicato nella descrizione e lo sapevamo) che anche di notte è un po’ di disturbo ma noi abbiamo dormito benissimo! Complimenti davvero. La consiglieremo sicuramente!!

Perfetta è l'aggettivo giusto per questa padrona di casa, impeccabile nella pulizia, nella ricerca del dettaglio, nell'assistenza e nella disponibilità che offre ai suoi ospiti durante tutto il soggiorno. La casa è molto confortevole, non manca veramente nulla. Posizione molto centrale, adatta anche per soggiorni invernali, il mare è raggiungibile con 10 minuti di bicicletta, mezzo che a Rimini consente di girare un può ovunque. Assolutamente consigliato

Abbiamo soggiornato in un appartamento vicino canale al centro e al mare, molto curato e pieno di confort e tanti benefit, la proprietaria gentilissima 😗

La Signora Angela è ospite squisita, accoglienza perfetta, la struttura è curata in ogni dettaglio, camere ampie e pulitissime e posizione strategica a pochi passi dalla stazione e dal centro. Unico neo è l'insonorizzazione non proprio perfetta delle finestre.

Sempre eccezionale
E' il secondo anno che ritorno qui e per me è stato come ritornare a casa. Angela è fantastica come sempre e non ci ha fatto proprio mancare niente. L'appartamento, come ho già recensito l'anno scorso, è in una posizione invidiabile a 10/15 minuti a piedi dalla stazione ferroviaria e a un passo dal centro storico pieno di ristoranti e localini vari. L'appartamento è dotato di qualsiasi comfort. Lo consiglio a tutti.

Simply superb in every way!
My family (Me, wife and kids aged 6 and 8) were travelling around Italy and spent a week in Rimini at this great apartment. We were looking for a beach holiday with good restaurant options on the evening - this apartment's location really ticked the boxes for us. It was a nice (but not very short) stroll to the beach, but once there, we could set up for the day, so the walk didn't bother us. I would say that children younger than 6 may struggle, or at least whinge, at the distance (about 1km). The apartment is ideally situated for access to the old town, which seems to be where most people spend the evening and where the nightlife is centered. It is just a couple of minutes walk and there are loads of places to eat and drink. The apartment itself was delight. Angela, our host, was possibly the most accommodating host we have even had in all our travels, and we would recommend the apartment on her help and service alone! At the time of our arrival, Angela was able to collect us from the train station. She volunteered for this and didn't have to do it. Once at the apartment, we found a selection of 'starter' groceries had already been purchased for us and Angela talked us through the apartment and our options of what to see and do in Rimini. When we mentioned that we were looking for a few days on the beach, she let us have her private sun beds for the week as she wasn't using them. Not only this, but the next day, she took us to the beach, introduced us to the beach manager and showed us to the exact spot. Angela's generosity and kind heart really made this stay into something beyond what we could have hoped for. She even dropped us of at the train station on our last day with parting gifts! The apartment was very clean, well decorated and equipped (right down to sewing kit and first aid bag!). The air-conditioning worked well and the WiFi (modern requirements) was nice and fast. The whole place was very comfortable and didn't feel just like a 'base of operations' as some apartments do. If you are looking for negatives, there really aren't many, and certainly not large ones. The distance to the beach, as mentioned before. The road outside the canal-side of the house was a bit busier than expected (mostly rush hour). I can strongly recommend this apartment, and should we return to Rimini in the years to come, this would be our first choice. Thank you so much Angela for all your kind and generous help - we hope to meet you again some time.

Appartamento bellissimo , ristrutturato da poco e con gusto , ottima pulizia .
Abbiamo soggiornato per 2 notti nel periodo dell ultimo dell anno . Posizione ideale per chi ama visitare il centro storico di Rimini ma anche per chi ama passeggiare raggiunge facilmente la parte del mare di Rimini . Appena arrivati ottima accoglienza da parte della signora Angela che ci ha fatto sentire come se fossimo a casa nostra, ci ha addirittura messo a disposizione cibo per la prima colazione , frutta ... gentilissima ☺️ Grazie mille per L ottimo soggiorno Ne terremo di conto se capiteremo altre volte in quelle zone .

E' stato un soggiorno a dir poco perfetto. La casa è bellissima e pulitissima, piena di qualsiasi comfort . Inoltre è situata in un punto eccezionale: in 5/6 minuti a piedi si può raggiungere il centro storico e i vari localini per mangiare o bere qualcosa, pur trovandosi in un luogo silenzioso e tranquillo. Inoltre è a 10 minuti a piedi dalla stazione ferroviaria. Angela è fantastica, una persona che sa sicuramente cosa vuol dire fare accoglienza. I suoi consigli sono preziosissimi ed è sempre attenta ai bisogni dei suoi ospiti. Mi è dispiaciuto proprio partire, sarei rimasta molto di più ma sicuramente ci tornerò. Lo consiglio a tutti, non sono mai stata così bene fuori casa.

Appartamento confortevole in pieno centro
Abbiamo soggiornato in questo appartamento per tutto il mese di agosto e ci siamo trovati davvero molto bene. L'appartamento è nuovo e dotato di tutto quello che serve per godere di un più che confortevole soggiorno. La posizione è ottimale, considerando che si è in pieno centro di Rimini e che dista venti minuti a piedi da Marina Centro. Voglio inoltre ringraziare la proprietaria Angela che è stata squisita: ci ha accolto benissimo e coccolato per tutto la durata del soggiorno. Grazie Angela. Giuseppe ed Elena

Soggiorno Perfetto!
Angela è stata cortesissima e attenta a tutte le nostre esigenze, dandoci anche ottimi consigli sui luoghi da visitare e sui ristoranti della zona. La casa è perfetta da ogni punto di vista, ricercata nell'arredamento di buon gusto e completa di tutto; l'ideale per una visita della bellissima Rimini o per esigenze di lavoro. Non manca davvero di nulla e abbiamo gradito particolarmente l'aria condizionata, le bella vista sul canale e il ponte romano, la tranquillità della zona ma soprattutto abbiamo gradito l'accoglienza e la disponibilità della perfetta padrona di casa. Grazie di tutto Angela!

A great place to stay
This apartment is lovely to have as a base whilst exploring Rimini. It is on the first floor up one flight of stairs. It is super clean, bright, well equipped and comfortable ( apart from the bed which we found to be very hard. Angela has said she will put a mattress topper on to improve this) It is in a great location. It is somewhere we would go back to. We didn't meet Angela but she communicated well with us and we felt welcomed( a nice bottle of wine to greet us) and cared about.

Amazing stay in Rimini
This beautiful apartment couldn’t be placed any better, by the side of the Roman bridge with easy access into the picturesque streets or a flat stroll to Rimini beautiful beach. Would recommend 100% Angela the owner was very helpful prior and during our stay. Definitely will return 😃

Jederzeit wieder
Zuerst den einzigen negativen Punkt: Der Parkplatz war für unseren Mietwagen (Audi Q7) etwas eng. Das wars auch schon mit meckern. Die Wohnung ist toll. Die Lage ist super. Man kann fußläufig das ganze Nachtleben erreichen. Die Messe war per Bus in 15 Minuten erreichbar. Mit Angelina hatten wir eine sehr nette Gastgeberin. Checkin uns Checkout waren dank präziser Anweisungen ein Kinderspiel. Das Appartement war super funktionell und sehr gut ausgestattet. Hier würde ich jederzeit wieder buchen (Dann aber mit einem kleineren Auto anreisen) :-)

Ich kann nur das Beste berichten. Die Wohnung perfekt gelegen, geschmackvoll möbiliert, bestens ausgestattet und blitzsauber. Angela, die Vermieterin, eine äußerst liebenswerte Dame hatte zur Begrüßung Wein, Bier, Wasser und Süßes bereitgestellt. Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt.

A very comfortable and luminous apartment near the Ponte Tiberius Pont de Tibère
We spent a very pleasant week in this lively part of town-- full of good restaurants- very near the centre and only 20mns away from the sea-front by foot ( so, very near by bike), with à nice view on Ponte Tibèrius. Angela is very nice, and was considerate, helpful and available for any request. Her apartment is cosy and has everything you could need. Thank you, Angela.

Tolle Wohnung in bester Lage, mit dem Luxus einer Parkmöglichkeit. Die vorbeiführende Straße ist allerdings nicht ganz leise. Trotzdem, jederzeit wieder. Die Vermieterin Angela ist sehr nett und immer erreichbar.

Schöne Tage
Eine Woche in einer wunderbar eingerichteten Wohnung. Top Zustand, geschmackvolle Ausstattung, es fehlt aber auch gar nichts und die Lage ist optimal. Séjour inoubliable à ne pas rater
We’ve had an unforgettable holiday in Rimini. It was our first time but absolutely no regrets. The city is beautiful, clean, lively, keeping its Italian soul with “motorini” and bicycles. People are incredibly welcoming: salespeople, waiters in cafés, people you meet.... The city suits all tastes: the nearby mountains for lovers of "heights", cycle paths for sports enthusiasts, the sea to pamper you, shops for lovers of Italian fashion, various restaurants to charm gourmet palates, night walks to delight the soul, eating a "gelato" and listening to one of the most beautiful languages in the world. As for the apartment, I wouldn't have enough space to describe this marvel. The apartment is very modern, ultra clean, with a refined taste, all comfort, well equipped and above all is located in the heart of the city with a lovely view on the canal and the famous Tiberio Bridge. The sea is 20 minutes away by foot. The description of the apartment and the photos correspond exactly to the reality. But above all, you will be welcomed by an incredible person who puts all her heart into this apartment and welcomes people from all over the world. Angela is fantastic, ready to guide you through all your steps, very responsive to any request for help or information. Personally, I think she does a lot more than usual owners. The places reserved at the beach offered by Angela (with sun loungers, the beach towels) were a great bonus, we really appreciated it. Breathtaking place, wonderful apartment and an unforgettable person! Thank you from the bottom of our heart!

Incredible Stay!
I cannot say enough great things about this property and Angela - from the beginning of my research and even prior to booking Angela quickly answered all of my questions and concerns. This was my first visit to Rimini. We had a late check in (due to a flight delay...and long drive) Angela was at the property waiting for us. She was patient and thorough with showing us the property...(even had snacks waiting for us). The apartment is as described in the listing - and in the photographs. Location is great - on the canal with a beautiful view of the bridge. A short bike ride to the beach and short walk to shopping areas. The apartment was beautiful - spacious, clean and airy! Decor and the little personal details make this a truly special place to stay! It was perfect for my 2 daughters (9 and 12) myself and my mom. The air condition was key - as it was in the 90s during our stay. Angela allowed us the use of 4 bikes - and even met us in the morning to make sure we knew the route to the beach. (beaches in Rimini are mostly private - with a few areas of public assess) This was above and beyond what I expected. If you are looking for a property in Rimini near the beach, shopping...restaurants, look no further! This place is absolutely perfect! Thank you Angela for an unforgettable trip!

The apartment was spacious, clean, and quiet. It was in easy walking distance to sites, the train station, and shopping. Kitchen was well-equipped, as was the whole apartment: the host provided many useful things for our use (scissors, plastic wrap in kitchen, beach towels) - things you need occaisionally but do not necessarily carry while traveling.

Wir waren zu zweit zum Radfahren zwei Wochen im Frühjahr in Rimini. Bereits der Empfang durch Angela war sehr liebenswürdig. Sie hatte bereits frische Lebensmittel bereit gestellt und uns alles erklärt. Man kann sie jederzeit kontaktieren. Die Wohnung ist ebenso liebevoll eingerichtet, sehr sauber und alles Nötige vorhanden. Für das Auto ist ein Stellplatz auf einem abschließbaren Platz beim Haus vorhanden. Die Fahrräder können im abschließbaren Hof sicher abgestellt werden.

wir waren zu zweit für 1 woche radfahren in rimini; die wohnung ist sehr gut ausgestattet, versperrbarer abstellplatz für fahrräder und parkplatz ist vorhanden; die lage im historischen zentrum war für uns ein hauptgrund diese wohnung zu wählen. angela war eine besonders liebenswürdige vermieterin. empfehlung !

Excellent location! Wonderful host! Rimini at its best!
We were absolutely thrilled with this apartment in the most excellent location. Close to the beach, in the historic district of Rimini. View of the Tiberius bridge on the canal. The apartment was complete with everything including a washing machine for clothes. Huge apartment which could easily accommodate 4 to 6 people. Very modern and completely renovated and everything brand new. Angela was a lovely host and welcomed us with a bottle of Presseco and a wonderful selection of food. She went over and beyond what we would have expected. She was so helpful in recommending restaurants and what sites we should see. Thank you Angela for such a wonderful experience that we had enjoying Rimini and your beautiful, clean and tranquil apartment and especially for the wonderful keepsake you gifted us. We will treasure it always.
