Soggiorno per due notti.
Bagno scomodo e freddo. Camera fredda. Cuscini scomodissimo (quanto costa un cuscino decente?), senza tv(quanto costa una 20 pollici?). Di comodo solo il parcheggio. Nessuna colazione inclusa nonostante il prezzo eccessivo(quanto costa un cambio lenzuale, biancheria per bagno, acqua luce e gas per chi utilizza solo il posto letto?) Quanto costa ad u a struttura una cialda di caffè ed un cornetto? (50 centesimi). Un B&B dovrebbe sposare la politica del economicamente corretto.

Salve Luca, la ringrazio per aver usato un po del suo tempo per noi, terremo in debita considerazione i suoi suggerimenti al fine di migliorarci. Però ci preme chiarire alcuni punti: da come ha scritto sembrerebbe che il bnb sia munito di parcheggio privato, non è cosi, il parcheggio di cui parla lei è su strada ed è facile da trovare, abbiamo pero una convenzione con un parcheggio custodito a pagamento. Lasciamo sempre 2 cuscini ad ospite uno tendente al morbido ed uno al rigido poi ovvio che la soggettività fa la differenza. La presenza della tv non è scritta da nessuna parte, e non per un problema di costo del televisore ma del costo del canone che la normativa ci ha equiparato a quello di un hotel con 10 stanze imponendoci pero un massimo di 3 stanze. On line si trovano sempre due tariffe senza colazione e con, con costi diversi è stato lei a scegliere la prima c'e' da dire che al check in le è stata offerta la possibilità di averla ma ha rifiutato. Il bagno è piccolo e per qualcuno può essere scomodo ( lei è il primo) e sul fatto che fosse freddo purtroppo essendo una struttura extralberghiera abbiamo un regolamento comunale da rispettare per l'accensione dei riscaldamenti, ma ogni camera ha il climatizzatore che l'ospite può usare in autonomia. Ci spiace anche per la tassa di soggiorno che accidentalmente non aveva lasciato in camera, ma che poi ha provveduto a saldare online dopo il nostro sollecito, purtroppo non la chiediamo al check.in perchè spesso la permanenza viene accorciata o prolungata durante il soggiorno rispetto alla prenotazione e bisogna rifare tutte le ricevute. Fatti i chiarimenti la ringrazio ancore e le auguro buone feste ed una buona vita.

Abbiamo soggiornato 6 notti in qs struttura durante la settimana del XXV aprile. Situata lungo la via casilina, in periferia, però in tram in 15-20minuti si arriva alla stazione Termini. Camera ok, silenziosa, bella pulita, il letto era molto comodo, il bagno era però piccolino. La colazione poco varia, con poca scelta, niente di salato, sicuramente da migliorare.

Ciao Massimiliano grazie mille per le tua ottima recensione, e sopratutto per i suggerimenti ma purtroppo per netrambe le tue osservazioni non possiamo rimediare, il bagno non è grande e di questo ne teniamo conto nel prezzo di vendita della camera, e per la colazione la legge ci impone di servire solo prodotti preconfezionati e come hai potuto vedere gia trasgrediamo abbastanza e cmq c'e' anche qualcosa di salato, se poi ti riferisci a prosciutti e salami quella è una nostra specifica scelta (oltre non poterli servire il motivo di cui sopra) siamo vegetariani e non serviamo ne mai serviremo carne. Non siamo un hotel ma un bed and breakfast.

El hotel está bien para el precio, lo único es que está algo alejado del centro histórico, el señor Mario propietario se esmera en atender bien a sus clientes, siempre está disponible para lo que uno necesite. Hace desayunos variados.

The location is not very far from the main attraction approx 4.5 miles and is not in a very good neighborhood, but the public transportation is unreliable and often takes an hour or more to and from the main attraction. Bus or Train may or may not have AC which is very hot most of the time. You can take this into consideration if the location is working for you or not. The place itself is safe and clean.

Découverte
Notre séjour chez Mario était parfait ! Il a su nous expliquer parfaitement les transports dessertissants le quartier. La chambre était très agréable et le fait d’avoir la climatisation a cette période était un indispensable. Par ailleurs, l’établissement possède une magnifique terrasse en roof top où nous avons pu prendre le petit déjeuner et même plusieurs dîners. Un grand merci à Mario pour sa gentillesse, sa bonne humeur et sa disponibilité.

A 5 star experience all round!!
We had a lovely stay at this B&B for two nights. Fast Wi-Fi, very friendly host, breakfast provided every morning & loads of advice and tips to explore Rome. As this was our first trip to Rome, we felt adequately supported & safe at this B&B! I would stay here again in a heart beat.

This B&B is very cute and quaint. Yes, it is not in the city centre but there is s 10 min walk to the nearest metro station and 5 minutes to the tram stop. You are in the city in 20-30 min. We slept really well here and the breakfast is just enough. Mario was very accommodating!

Wir wurden direkt nach der Buchung von dem Besitzer Mario angeschrieben. Er fragt nach wann unser Flug ankommen würde und ob wir eine Fahrgelegenheit vom Flughafen zum Hotel bräuchten. Er Epfang war herzlich und Maro erklärte sofort wo wir was in der Umgebung finden würden und wie wir am besten in die Stadt kommen würden. Die Zimmer waren sauber. Das Frühstück war sehr gut. Das Hotel liegt zwar etwas ausserhalb des Zentrums aber mit Bussen oder Bahnen gut erreichbar. Am Abfahrtstag bekamen wir obwohl wir sehr früh morgens abgeholt wurden noch ein Frühstück. Wir können das Hotel nur weiter empfehlen und wenn wir nochmals nach Rom kommen würden wir wieder hierher kommen.

Das B&B Abbraccia Morfeo ist in einer ruhigen Seitenstraße etwas außerhalb der Innenstadt gelegen. Das Zentrum von Rom erreicht man sehr gut und schnell mit öffentlichen Verkehrsmitteln. Die Kommunikation im Vorfeld der Reise mit dem Inhaber klappte hervorragend, Mario reagierte jedesmal umgehend. Das Einchecken ist nach Absprache der Ankunftszeit problemlos verlaufen, mit herzlichem Empfang, unkompliziert und mit vielen Informationen, auch zu den öffentlichen Verkehrsmitteln. Der Frühstücksraum befindet sich in der obersten Etage, sehr geschmackvoll eingerichtet. Tee und Kaffee sind zu jeder Zeit verfügbar. Eine gemütlich gestaltete Dachterrasse mit hübschen Sitzplätzen steht ebenfalls zur Verfügung. Auch die Einrichtung des BnB ist stilvoll. Bei Fragen konnte man Mario jederzeit erreichen. Es ist ein empfehlenswertes Haus, in das wir sehr gern wiederkommen.

Un charmant petit B&B calme, impeccable et décoré avec goût, parfaitement équipé et tout près des transports (15 mn du centre-ville). Nous avons apprécié la délicatesse de Mario, qui nous a rendu bien des services et préparé des petites douceurs tous les matins. Il a aussi la générosité de laisser la cuisine accessible à tout moment pour un en-cas ou une tasse de thé.

A lovely little B&B
From start to finish we had a lovely stay at the B&B. This was our second stay in Rome and as we had already seen the main attractions we looked for accommodation a little further outside the centre. We stumbled upon the B&B whilst looking at reviews and decided to go for it. The owner was polite and welcoming and after an introduction of the B&B and area left us to ourselves. It never felt like a B&B it felt like we had rented our own apartment. It was so quiet and calm. Breakfast was nice too. Located on the top floor with a huge outdoor terrace! A good selection: cereal, toast, cakes, yogurt, tea and coffee. On two of the four days the owner had put out on all the guests tables a little extra on top of the normal breakfast. We had freshly made croissants one day and frocasca bread with tomato and mozzarella the next. Plus on the Saturday night we arrived back to our room to find a bottle of white wine waiting for us! Lovely and most welcomed gestures. The room was spacious with good storage and a nice size bathroom. Everything was very clean. We had a room with a balcony facing over the owners garden. I could have spent my whole day on the balcony looking over the gorgeous garden. It was so relaxing and a little oasis to retire to after being on your feet all day. The owner has two cats and dogs and a chicken that were all fun to watch. I would highly recommend this B&B to anyone staying in Rome and look forward to another stay should we return.

Nice clean Guesthouse. Owner very helpful.Breakfasts very nice.No Tv in room and slightly outside the centre of Rome. Tram stop only 5-10 mins walk away. Centre of Rome 20 mins by Tram.Very pleased with our choice and would stay again without hesitation.

First time in Rome.
I enjoyed my stay overall. The metro area was about 25 minutes away from the major attractions and center. It was a bit complicated navigating through Rome’s metro systems- bus and train. Most days I caught a taxi or Uber. My trip would have been more enjoyable closer to the center of town. Since I was a solo traveler I was cautious about exploring after hours. One extraordinary service that Mario the manager happily provided was assisting me retrieve my lost cell I left in a local taxi. He was extremely helpful and took immediate action. I greatly appreciated his assistance. My trip was ended with a smile instead of stress.

Super hilfsbereiter Besitzer und tolles B&B
Der Besitzer war sehr aufmerksam und jederzeit hilfsbereit. Das Frühstück war super lecker und vielseitig mit einem "Gruß aus der Küche" zu jedem Frühstück. Das Zimmer war sehr gemütlich und sauber, genau wie das dazugehörige Bad. Wir waren 5 Nächte dort und wären am Liebsten noch länger geblieben.

przesympatyczny właściciel i bardzo pomocny. Do dyspozycji była kuchnia z ekspresem do kawy, lodówką i wyposażeniem. Śniadania od 8-10, zawsze przygotowywano coś ekstra. Klimatyczny budynek z balkonem na ogród. Ponadto ogród na dachu budynku. Polecam. Tylko wynajmowane są trzy pokoje.

The perfect B&B!
A fabulous deal for a wonderful place to stay in Rome. Mario is now family! He shared his beautiful home and personally ensured our comfort and needs were met. Having a satisfying breakfast each morning sustained us for a full day sightseeing. The tram service from the main Termini was a direct route to the B&B followed by a short walk. Highly recommended.

Lovely B & B close to transport.
We stayed for four nights and really enjoyed our stay here. It was very close to the tram which took you to the main train station very quickly. The breakfast was good, rooms were clean and Mario was very helpful. I feel we got extremely good value for money and would recommend staying there to anyone. Cheaper then your more central accommodation but if you happy to male the short commute then I would definitely stay here.

BEST B&B
My boyfriend and I stayed one week at Abbraccia Morfeo. The host, Mario, is a super nice guy, he received us with a big smile and was always there for answering questions about the B&B and about Rome. Even before we got there he already enter in contact with us giving information how to get to the B&B by public transport and offering also for a private car as alternative. About the B&B the room was clean and beautiful. The breakfast is magnificent! We truly recommend the B&B! And thanks to Mario!

A estadia foi ótima! O proprietário (Mario) é super atencioso e se preocupa com pequenos detalhes para proporcionar uma bela estadia. Como sairíamos cedo no último dia, ele se preocupou em deixar nosso café da manhã pronto já na noite anterior. O café da manhã é simples, mas com boas opções e sempre algo diferente a cada dia preparado pelo proprietário. O quarto é amplo e tinha uma vista (pequena varanda) agradável para os fundos. O local é de simples acesso através do Tram e ônibus. Cerca de 15-20 minutos até a estação central (Termini)

Abbraccio Morfeo B/B는 넓은 객실과 발코니 그리고 깨끗하게 관리된 욕실이 있었어요. 아침식사는 정말 맛있었고 크게 부족한 것이 편한 로마여행을 할 수 있도록 해주는 곳입니다. 로마에서 이런 훌륭한 가격에 편안하고 안락한 마리오집을 선택할 수 있어서 정말 다행였고 마리오는 영어가 잘 안되는 우리 부부를 위해 많은 배려를 해주었어요. 마리오는 1층을 사용하고 객실 3개가 2층에 있는 구조라서 객실은 독립적이었고 깔끔한 화장실도 마음에 들었고요. 공용주방 및 식당에서는 간단한 조리나 커피, 뜨거운 물을 이용할 수 있습니다. 우리가 사용했던 Green Room은 킹사이즈 더블침대와 넓은 방구조로 인해 여행용 짐을 정리하는데 문제가 전혀 문제가 없었어요. 방에 테이블이 2개나 있어 노트북과 개인품목을 별도로 관리하기에 최상였습니다. 마리오는 거의 집에 있는 편이라 어려운 일이 있을때는 바로 상담이 가능했고 원하는 것을 말할 수 있었어요. 한가지 아쉬웠던 건 1층 정원은 마리오거실을 경유해야 하므로 이용할 수 없다는 점였지만 큰 불편은 아니었고요. ^^ 교통여건은 도심에 비해 좋다고 할 순 없지만 테르미니역에서 107번 버스를 타면 한번에 올 수 있었고 조금 더 편리한 트램으로 이동하려면 테르미니에서 5분거리의 라지알리역까지 걸어간 후 토피아나타라역까지 트램으로 15분 걸립니다. 마리오집은 버스, 트램역에서 3분거리에 있습니다. 도심보다는 불편하지만 테르미니역까지 20~25분이면 이동할 수 있기 때문에 숙박비용과 편안함 그리고 교통편의 등을 고려한다면 로마에 다시 방문할때 당연히 마리오집을 선택할 예정입니다. 마지막으로 다시 한번 마리오한테 감사한 점이 우리는 5월29일(월) 밤 11시 40분에 취리히에서 로마공항으로 도착하는 일정였고 마리오집은 밤 10시 이후에 체크인이 안되기 때문에 29일은 다른 곳으로 예약하려고 마리오에게 메일로 이런 사정을 알렸었어요. 마리오는 늦게 와도 체크인이 가능하다고 답신을 했고 EUR 40.00 유로만 지불하면 공항으로 픽업 차량을 보내주겠다고 제안했어요. 덕분에 로마공항에 약간 연착을 하였지만 밤 12시 20분경에 피켓을 들고 서 있는 Luise를 만날 수 있었고 루이스차로 30~40분간을 달려 편안하게 도착해 체크인을 할 수 있었어요. 늦은 밤까지 잠도 안자고 기다려 준 마리오에게 감사합니다. Perfektes B&B mit sehr engagiertem Besitzer
Viele hilfreiche Tipps und Anregungen gleich bei der Anreise. Im wahren Sinn des Wortes klein aber fein. Individuelle sehr saubere Zimmer mit viel charme und liebevoll eingerichtet. Das Frühstück mit einem täglich wechselnden italienischen Leckerbissen. Wem etwas "fehlt' fragt danach und Mario ergänzt es gerne. Sehr zuvorkommender Service ! Perfekt für den Urlaub zu Zweit!

Four great days in Rome. 10 minutes by tram to Termini station. Lovely and unique equipped rooms, every morning another surprise at breakfast. We had a small balcony with a wonderful view above the garden and a very adorable host. It was a pleasure to stay, we will definitely return.

환상적인 로마의 호텔
호텔 주인의 서비스 청결상태 안락함에서 정말 최고의 만족을 느꼈습니다. 특히 호텔 주인이 정말 친절하고 조식을 정말 맛있게 잘 챙겨주셨어요!^^ 다만 호텔 위치는 관광지에서 조금 먼 편이었어요(그래도 버스와 전철이 바로옆에 있어서 그렇게 불편하진 않았습니다)

Hervorzuheben ist das Frühstück. Jeden Morgen richtet der Inhaber es her, jeweils mit einer kleinen Variation. Entgegen dem Üblichen in mediterranen Gefilden ist das Frühstück sättigend und gesund. Der Wirt ist sehr freundlich und spricht fließend Englisch. Das Zimmer ist sehr schön eingerichtet.

A cosy, welcoming bed and breakfast
This has to be one of the best places I have stayed to date. I cannot think of a single fault! The owner Mario is one of the nicest people I have met to date. He is always contactable and is happy to help find the best tours and info for when travelling into Rome. My boyfriend and I stayed in a room with a balcony overlooking the garden, and it was worth the extra few euros. You'll be glad to have to have it to relax after a day of walking around Rome. Mario did more than needed to make us feel comfortable and at home. Staying here is well worth the money, and when I go back to Rome in future I will definitely stay here again. I would recommend this place to everyone. Be excited for this bed and breakfast - especially for the breakfasts!!

Great B&B close to Rome centre.
Mario is an excellent host. The bed was super comfortable. His breakfasts were amazing! It's close to the team and bus into Rome centre. Very well priced. Thank you Mario. Luis, his driver is so sweet and full of knowledge. I would recommend him for airport pickups.

Great bed and breakfast. Mario was very helpful before and during our stay. Very clean, homely stay. Great breakfast. Very close to bus and tram station that can get you into central terminal in 20-25 minutes

Ein Ruhepol in Rom
Wir waren mit dem B&B Abbracia Morfeo sehr zufrieden und kommen bestimmt wieder. Unser Zimmer (Raum1) war sehr sauber und gemütlich eingerichtet. Mario legt viel Wert auf Details und die Zufriedenheit seiner Gäste. Die Lage ist ideal für Rom Besichtigungen, ein paar Meter den Berg runter und man hat Bus No. 105 oder Bahn, mit denen man schnell zum HBF Termini kommt. Schnuckeliger Balkon mit Blick in den gepflegten Garten. Frühstück wird morgens zubereitet, Kaffeeautomat und komplette Küche, inkl. Kühlschrank steht auf der Etage zur Verfügung. Mario hat uns im Vorfeld einen privat Transfer vom Flughafen angeboten (zzgl. 40€) was wir genutzt haben, für den Rückflug haben wir uns für ein Taxi entschieden (ca. 30€). Sorry Mario für den gebrochenen Schlüssel ;-)

Einfach aber gut.
Insgesamt positiv. Inhaber sehr nett und entgegenkommend. Ideale Lage, einfache Busverbindung zum Zentrum. Frühstück könnte etwas angepasst werden z.B normale Brötchen anstatt vorverpacktes Gebäck. Fernseherlautstärke vom Nachbarn war etwas störend.

Stayed for 4 nights and enjoyed every moment.
Mario was a great host and the room clean and comfortable. The room was equipped well: private bathroom, small balcony and effective air conditioner. It felt more staying at a friend's house than a hotel which was great. Breakfast was quite versatile and we thought it was organized very well. Along with the amazing service the best thing was the location. The area didn't have that many tourists and taking a bus or a tram to Termini was very easy and took about 10-15 minutes. Both the bus and tram stops were just a few minutes walk from the B&B.

Es gibt einen freien Autostellplatz in der nähe! Das Frühstück ist etwas mager aber man bekommt im Kühlschrank ein eigenes fach zum unterbringen seiner gekauften sachen. Welan gibt es auch mit sehr gutem empfang.

Lovely b&b
After searching through what felt like a million different hotels in Rome, I was recommended this by an Italian friend and it didn't disappoint. The service from the owners was excellent and the room in a good condition with it's own bathroom. I would definitely recommend to others.
