Dear Mr. Philip Weinberg, we have received yours and in general we are sorry that our structure was not to your liking. The description of the structure clearly explains our type of bed and breakfast offer. The published photos are realistic. Our average rating is good. Obviously your quality standard is higher than what we can offer, so you should have booked another type of hotel, certainly with different rates from those paid by you here. Let's move on to your disputes: we sent you , after your reservation, on your mail published by Expedia on it, an email proposal to upgrade between a double room as you had booked and a triple one, since in your booking each double room had to accommodate 3 people. It was not an obligation, of course, but it was to make you stay more comfortable, even based on the number of beds, how do three people fit on a double bed? Then we receive your mail, dated 26/11, 13.01, Italian time, then two days before your arrival, in which you state that you need three rooms in which there are two people in each one and that there are no children. But, strange, when you arrive here you are 9 people, 7 adults and 2 girls, so something is already wrong. Where is the truth ??? We accept your group and assign you three larger and more comfortable rooms, without surcharge. We ask you for the documents to make a photocopy of it upon your arrival, as our duty and your task, and after two days, with difficulty we give it only 5. But we reject and reject all the statements to the sender: we are not thieves nor cheaters. Again we note that for two days you disturbed the quiet with loud music and TV and we did not dispute it but we apologized to the other guests. We want to remind you, however, that although you have booked three standard rooms,. we managed to make a free upgrade and give you a standard and two suites, overlooking Via del Tritone. In addition, the air conditioning works perfectly, both for our guests who were there before you, and for those who stayed after. It is normal and logic that if you come back from outside at 3.00 p.m. and the AC in your room is closed , you have to give it the time to cool the room. The elevator is there, it is true it is small, but for suitcases and one person is sufficient, besides the fact that the day of departure we have helped you. As for breakfast we serve it in the room from 8, even a bit before, but if you had booked a tour at 7.00, I think that no hotel or B & B would have served breakfast at that time. As for the "free cooked" we asked for a change / correction to Expedia, about the words, in all other languages there is the term "free breakfast cooked to order " and probably has been translated in a no correct way.
