Hotel ubicato al secondo piano di una palazzina nel centro di Roma. Pro: Camera spaziosa, ottima posizione, prezzo conveniente, letto comodo Contro Pulizia scadente il set fornito per la colazione sporco e non pulito, prese non adatte per il Phone (già presente) totale assenza di personale, lo scarico della doccia fa defluire poca acqua quindi si forma un pozza d'acqua, sono ancora in attesa di ricevere la ricevuta del pagamento. Nel complesso per il prezzo pagato circa 38€ a notte mi ritengo soddisfatto secondo me non vale il prezzo pieno riportato all'interno della struttura.

Bellissimo b&b nel centro di Roma.
Il personale all'accoglienza è stato molto cortese ed educato, e fin da prima del nostro arrivo si è preoccupato di sapere a che ora fossimo arrivati per prepararci tutto. La camera per due persone è molto ben arredata, per la prima volta in vita mia la TV funzionava e la camera era bella calda. La doccia grande e confortevole, il letto comodo, non troppo morbido come piace e un arredamento molto piú vario e caldo di un impersonale camera d'albergo. Non solo ho giá consigliato il posto, ma ci tornerò. A due passi da piazza di Spagna e dalla metro.

Our room was nice, the bed was most comfortable, we kept repeating how great we slept! The hotel is in the perfect area to walk quickly to different sites, it was quiet in the night! Moira, the manager was super nice and helpful in giving us tips and recommendations! We would def stay at this hotel again.

The property is located in area that is walkable to all the historical sites in Rome. There are plenty of restaurants and shopping opportunities around and yet it was very quiet at our hotel room and did not hear any of the street noise outside. The bed is very comfortable with top notch beddings. The safe was not working but was easily fixed. Moira, the receptionist at the desk was the real gem of this place and helped us a lot from calling the tour company when we were running late to getting us a cab. We did get a bottle of sparkling wine too! We will definitely return if opportunity comes to return to Rome.

Moira is nice and accommodating. The room we stayed was okay. There was not enough light, we were hesitant to turn the lights on due to power outage in our room. The water takes a long time to get warm and we didn’t have hot water to shower on the second day, the bathroom sink was clogged they fixed all these, but still it was very inconvenient. The entryway to our room also smelled of cigarette smoke. In fairness to them, the beds are comfortable and the room is quiet. The area is near to all the tourists spots.

I loved my stay here! It was a perfect location. So much to do was in walking distance. I walked everywhere while I stayed here. The location is in a shopping area with tons of fabulous shopping and dinning. The vibe of the area was so fun and up beat. I felt totally safe, which was great because I was a female traveling solo. I would one hundred percent recommend this property. Moira at the front desk was so kind and helpful. She would check up on me every time I saw her and was helpful with directing me and giving me tips about the places I wanted to visit. The room was so comfortable. The bed was just right and the room was equipped with everything I needed. I was afraid that the noise from the people walking on the street below would keep me up at night, I never had a problem with that. All in all this boutique hotel was a great place to stay while touring beautiful Roma. I would stay here again.

I had an excellent experience at the hotel. It’s location is perfect, close to everything, in a pedestrian street with shops and restaurants. The room was very comfortable, lots of space, and light. It was very clean and had everything we needed. Moira at the reception was so kind and helpful, she called me in advance and sent me directions, then she greeted me and kept my bags until it was time to check in. She was always attentive at our needs, gave us directions, and even helped me sending me home something that my daughter left behind in the room. Moira was a great host. I would recommend this hotel, very happy with my choice and would definitely go back.

First, the location is amazing literally maybe 2 minutes tops away from the Spanish Steps. Was able to check in early and the room was HUGE!! The receptionist Moria was so nice and accommodating. The best accommodation I have had in Rome. Will definitely stay here again on my next visit to Rome!!

Excellent Hotel in Downtown with Amazing Staff
The stay was excellent, The Hotel was extremely clean and the rooms were nice, bathroom was exceptional with his and hers sinks. The Staff was the best, Moira was very supportive and so helpful with everything, allways trying to go the extra mile. I would definitely stay at this Hotel again. Highly recommended.

Estancia muy buena.
Nos han dado un trato bastante amable. La habitación bastante bien de tamaño con snacks incluido gratis. Sitio del hotel perfecto en en el centro de Roma. Se puede andar a todos sitios históricos, a comer y de comprar. Volveremos.
