They treated us like VIPs as soon as we walked in the door with Prosecco and water, maps and great dinner recommendation. Lovely room, comfy bed, meticulously clean. Wonderful stay!

Very nice modern hotel convenient for all the main attractions. On a busy road but well insulated and every member of staff was very welcoming. Only negative points was the air con was noisy for a day but quiet mostly and the bathroom door made a squeaking sound and needs oiling! Breakfast was good. Would stay again

Hotel novo em localização privilegiada!
O hotel é muito bem localizado, pode-se fazer tudo a pé para as principais atrações turisticas. O quarto era grande e confortavel, com água e café no quarto. Faltou experimentarmos o café da manhã. No rooftop um bar com uma vista linda da cidade, tomamos um drink. Foi uma ótima surpresa em Roma, voltaremos e recomendamos com certeza!

Buena ubicación y romántico hotel en Roma
Excelente hotel ubicado en una muy buena zona en el centro con un rooftop exclusivo para huéspedes donde puedes ver vas todo Roma. Desde el Coliseo hasta la cúpula del Vaticano con unos atardeceres inigualables. El costo de los alimentos y bebidas es muy elevado pero debido a que está muy bien iniciado existen múltiples opciones donde ir.

We confirm to you that your reservation in a Junior Suite Corner was made for 2 people but in total you were 4 and luckily we had availability of another room. This was my second time staying at the H10 and the service and location is great. Being able to walk to all of the major landmarks is super convenient. The property itself is well taken care of and you cannot beat the rooftop and it’s pretty much 360 views of the city.

Best Boutique Hotel in Rome
We had a very comfortable stay. The hotel is centrally located in walking distance to the Fontana Di Trevi. The room was super clean, beautifully decorated with a very comfortable bed. The provided all toiletries and super powerful hairdryer and two large bottles of water daily. Our room had a Nespresso machine with coffee and cream as well. The rooftop bar was a great place to meet up in the evening and watch the sunset over the Collesium. I would definitely stay here again.

The rooms and hallways all look fantastic and the personel are all very accommodating. The elevator is small and the air conditioning is abysmal. The thermostat would let you change it to 20 Celsius but it always changed back to 23 Celsius. I don't think it ever got to either. We weren't staying at a particularly hot time of year so we managed to limit clothing while sleeping, but I would be cautious if I was staying in the heat of the summer. My brother was staying in a room on a different floor and his was equally inept.
