We went to Rome with our boys (10 and 13) for three days and had a great time at the Holiday a San Pietro. The place is in a very quiet dead-end street - you can sleep with open windows - just a short walk from piazza San Pietro. Many bus stops nearby brought us to all the other "must see" places in Rome (Colosseo, Trastevere, Campidoglio, station Termini, ...), but also walking to piazza Navona, campo dei fiori and even to piazza di Spagna is not too far (ca 20 min walk). Both Manuela and her husband are lovely people, who can really make you feel at home. We stayed all 4 in one room and of course the space was limited - but more than ok for just few nights (and very neatly furnished and clean). Absolutely a recommendation.
