Non mi aspettavo nulla di più di ciò che le immagini su internet documentavano. al mio arrivo ho avuto difficoltà ad entrare e la sensazione che mi è rimasta è di totale tristezza.

Boh...
Arrivati la sistemazione è stata a prima vista molto deludente, dato che il costo è simile ad hotels molto più confortevol visti in zona. Bagno senza bidet con boiler funzionante così così,tutto vecchio e senza manutenzione, colazione al bar solo cappuccio e brioche... Poi abbiamo apprezzato molto la posizione comoda e la camera molto silenziosa con vista su un bel giardino.... tutto sommato siamo stati bene ma ritengo pessimo il rapporto qualità prezzo.

A 5 minuti a piedi dalla stazione FS Termini, è il luogo ideale per passeggiare in centro a piedi senza bisogno di prendere i mezzi pubblici. Personale gradevole, buona colazione, camere con aria condizionata. Consigliato.

エクスペディアに書いてある方に行ったらMarta innと書いてあったので違う宿かと思ったけど、別の位置にも宿があるらしくそちらに誘導されたが、少し遠かったし、場所が違うなら事前に言って欲しかった

Excellent B&B
Great B&B! The place is modern, clean and located in a great area. The staff we kind and amazingly helpful. The service was terrific and they provided great directions to get around Rome. I would suggest that more clear directions be provided to get to the B&B but however the location was steps from the train station, walking distance to many of the tourist attractions (i.e. coliseum) and restaurants. Would highly/strongly recommend staying at this B&B.

Less than you expect
Due to sewer problem we were transferred to another hotel connected to tge same owner, but in a lesser neighborhood. Room was small but okay. Breakfast was disappointing and contained of water, coffee or tea and some small cookies. View outside was poor. Hotel is close to nice surrrounding like Monti, close to Termini.

Didn't stay at the adress nor in the rooms shown in hotels.com Instead we where shown to another adress. Ok standard but not as in the pictures. On my account on hotels.com it was shown that breakfast was included, it was not. Although clean rooms. But wouldnt comeback back

En suosittele
Nähtävyyksien kannalta hyvä sijainti, mutta kesti aikansa löytää majoituksen sijainti koska piti mennä portista sisäpihaan ja sieltä sisälle. Huoneeseen sisällä päästäkseen tarvitsi neljä eri avainta, vähän liikaa. Huone oli ihan ok, mutta kylppäri melko kamalassa kunnossa. Suihkukaapissa hometta useassa eri kohdassa. Ei ilmastointia, joten en suosittele kovin kuumaan vuodenaikaan tätä majoitusta.

El hotel está bien ubicado cerca del metro, sin embargo y no se porque reserve este hotel y me asignaron otro hotel llamado Santa María inn. El internet no es bueno. El desayuno no es desayuno es incompleto y no hay servicio.

Sauberes gemütliches B&B
diese B&B war eigentlich ganz gut für einen kurzen Aufenthalt in Rom. Die Angestellten waren sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit. Leider waren unsere Zimmer nicht besonders. Wir waren zu drei Personen und hatten ein Zweibett und ein Einzelbettzimmer. das Zweibettzimmer hatte das Bad drinnen sodass die dritte Person immer durch musste in der Früh. Weiters war es so dunkel dass man nie wusste welche Tageszeit nun war. Aus muss bemängelt werden dass das WLAN überhaupt nicht bis zu unseren Zimmern reichte. Das Einbettzimmer hatte einen kleinen Balkon (was uns wirklich super gefallen hat). Zu bemängeln war hier das Bett- es war ein Klappbett welches so quietschte dass man es bis ins andere Zimmer hörte. Ansonsten war das Hotel wirklich toll- sehr zentral, sauber und das Frühstück super!!!

Hotel agradable y bonito sin ruidos.
La estancia fue muy buena, fácil, cómoda y agradable. Ojo. Hay que pagar en efectivo, así que llevarlo preparado para que no os toque sacar dinero y pagar comisión.

Sehr zentral gelegene Unterkunft
Das Haus liegt von der Strasse ab. Die Zimmer und das Bad sind neu renoviert und praktisch eingerichtet. Es steht eine Gemeinschaftsküche zur Verfügung. Das Haus selbst ist sehr ruhig. Im Hinterhof ist es laut, nicht nur durch die Nähe gelegene Baustelle. Das Frühstück gibt es in einer Bäckerei in der Nähe und besteht aus einer Tasse Kaffee oder Tee und einem Gebäck nach Wahl. Öffentliche Verkehrsmittel sind schnell erreichbar.

Kleine Zimmer in Bahnhof Nähe
Anfangs schwer zu finden, da kein Marta Inn Schild am Haus zu finden ist. Der Weg vom Termini zum Marta Inn ist zudem sehr schmutzig, viele (schätzungsweise) Obdachlose, die stark alkoholisiert sind. Als Mädel würde ich im Dunklen nicht alleine dort lang laufen. Im Marta Inn ist kein Personal anzutreffen (außer bei unserer Ankunft). Hofft also nicht auf jemanden der euch insider Tips in jeglicher Hinsicht geben könnte. Die meisten Zimmer sind im Erdgeschoss, somit sehr dunkel und von jedem einsehbar. Ein Balkon wie auf den Bildern hatte keines der Zimmer im Erdgeschoss. Fragt also vielleicht speziell nach Zimmern weiter oben. Ansonsten hat es seinen Zweck für ein paar Tage erfüllt.

Το δωμάτιο ήταν ότι ακριβως μας χρειαζόταν για να ξεκουραζόμαστε..Ζεστο ολη τη διάρκεια της μέρας όπως κ ζεστό νερο όλη την ημερα.Δεν ήταν ξενοδοχείο αλλά 3 δωμάτια σε πολυκατοικία αλλά ήταν εξαιρετικα καθαρά κ πολύ όμορφος χώρος.Είχαμε κουπόνια για το πρωινό μας σε κοντινό ζαχαροπλαστείο.Το δωμάτιο ήταν σε κεντρικότατο σημείο

La chambre n'avait pas de chauffage. Ils nous ont donné un appareil de chauffage portable, mais qui n'était pas suffisant pour bien rechauffer la chambre. Le reste était bien.

In December, he had no heat in the radiators . Preheat a heater , and the bathroom is very cool .

The place and the hotel staff were okay, *except* the lady in the breakfast area, who seemed weirdly unwelcoming! We felt quite uncomfortable and don't think will book again. That said, it's close to the Roma Termini station and the rooms were okay for a November weather. Also, it's not a ``hotel'' per se, but rather apartment floors turned into mini hotel rooms. You also pay 3.5 euro/person/night in addition.

Fue una buena estancia,a pesar de que la persona que nos hizo el check in no hablaba español pero con un inglés básico(o italiano quien sepa)no hubo problema. Nos explicó todo al principio,pagamos las tasas municipales al principio 3.50€ persona/noche Es un tercer piso con un ascensor viejo y con espacio para 2 personas(si vas con equipaje,2 viajes o andando) El desayuno se hace en el Bar Cottini(cruzando la via merulana por paso de peatones,a 100 metros o asi,canjeando una tarjeta que te las dejan en la invitación al hacer el check in,el desayuno consiste en café y un croissant(normal,relleno de chocolate blanco o chocolate negro) Limpieza todos los dias,cambiar toallas estuvimos 4 noches y nos la cambiaron una vez y el wifi va penoso,un dia si,otro no Dentro del piso son,creo que,5 habitaciones y una cocina comunitaria que no utilizamos Es una zona algo alejada del centro(al lado de Santa Maria Maggiore y cerca del Coliseo)pero tienes paradas de metro cercanas(Termini y Vittorio Emannuele) Si vuelvo a Roma,salvo chollo en zona más céntrica,repetiria

Very good!
We were worried about finding the hotel, but had no problems with it - they were waiting for us and went out when we called. The guy who met us at the gates was friendly and helpful. Although we didn't see anyone of the staff afterwards, our room was regularly cleaned. There were some problems with warm water in the shower, but all in all, we really enjoyed our stay, the location is excellent, the breakfast was good and we felt at home.

Nette Pension in idealer Lage
Angenehme Pension f ufnseren 5- tägigen Städtetrip. Alles sauber, nette Einrichtung und typisch italienischer Flair.Bahnhof gut zu Fuß erreichbar. Haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt. Frühstück (kaffee u süsses Gebäck) gabs in der Cottini Bar ca 200m weiter. Jederzeit wieder.

It was a small B&B and not recommend for summer stay, NO Air conditions. The shower temperature is low. You need to have your phone roaming because you need to CALL before you meet the host.
hello in our sit as well it is indicated very clearly that we do not have air con. And also the price is not high as other b&b with air con.

Grande chambre (suite familiale) avec WC/douche dans la chambre, propre, calme la nuit. Quartier proche du métro. Le petit déjeuner est à prendre dans un café à quelques pas, et une cuisine est mise à disposition pour se préparer un thé ou un café, gratuitement. Petit bémol, car pas de climatisation, et nuits difficiles à 25°C. Satisfaisant dans l'ensemble.

the B and B is ''OK'' is you wants the basics
Our stay at this place was ok. Location is perfect to move around downtown however some other things went wrong. Here I go: wifi switches off once in a while so you have to go and reset it from the outside of the room. Hot Water was never consistent, it might burn you and then is cold, repeating this cycle over and over. We were in July when the sun and heat were crazy in Rome, the rooms they don't have AC at all, so consider this depending of the season you are going. Cause you might wake up needing a shower and a change of sheets :). Another tip for you guys , this time not about the hotel, when coming to Rome, its not to buy this tours of hop on-hop off busses, boat(a waste of money), etc unless you wanna have the boring chat about the city, buy a Rome guide and check it yourself. We rented a scooter for 4 days and we went by our own to every place these tours took us before. It was more enjoyable this way, you need a valid license(CAR ONE, IT DOESNT HAVE TO BE INTERNATIONAL AND DRIVE SMARTLY TRAFFIC COULD BE Challenging if unexperienced) WE HAD TO PAY 3.50 EUROS PER PERSON PER DAY WHICH IS NOT MENTIONED IN THE BOOKING :( so add this to you total collected by the hotel. In general if you just wanna have a bed to sleep is fine however if you are demanding and used to be treated specially then book a proper hotel in advance. Ah oe more thing the rooms are safe nothing got lost and they changed only the towels everyday. There was icecream and cookies for free in the kitch

Nice trip!!
We've had a good time in Roma staying at this hotel. Closed to Termini and many attractions in walk distance. Good communication with the hotel before arriving. They answered very quickly. Very nice staff and the room was clean and comfortable. Good value for less money:-)

Não é um hotel!
Este lugar não é um hotel, é um quarto dentro de um edifício familiar e comercial. Má sinalização, só consegui entrar no prédio porque outra pessoa estava saindo e não havia ninguém para abrir a porta, fiquei mais de 20 minutos esperando. Não me senti segura no local. Não recomendo.

Lille hotel med kun seks værelser. 500 meter fra Termini og dermed toget fra og til lufthavnen. Der var helt stille på værelset trods den centrale placering, hvilket skyldes, at hotellet ligger ud til en lille lukket går. Vil gerne bo der igen, da man som gæst får meget for pengene.

When is a hotel not a hotel?
People should know that this is not a hotel. It is a three bedroom appartment in an appartment block. There is no reception or staff presence other than on day of arrival and cleaning staff. Room was small but clean and towels were supplied. Only one side locker and one non-functioning side lamp. Ensuite was fine, shower was good and room was always warm. Good location near Termini station.

מדובר בחדר פרטי עם מקלחת צמודה. חדר בדירה ולא במלון.נקי מאוד ואסטטי.המיקום מעולה.ארוחת הבוקר היא קפה ועוגה בבית קפה מול בנין הדירות.השירות היה טוב.קיבלנו תמורה מלאה לכספנו.

Not Good
I know that you get what you pay for with B&B, but this B&B did not deliver at all. It was very hard to find the b&b, the b&b is an apartment in the 3 floor made into several rooms in a small block. It was no aircondition but a small table fan, the toilett was clogged, no smoke detecktor and some kind of alarm went of in the middle of the night in the whole "neighborhood" i think it was due to power failure since there was no power when we tried to take on the lights. The hotel staff is one man who is quite nice, he was very helpful and offered good customer service. I would not recommend this B&B even when you are traveling on a budget, for one or two days it may work, but for longer stays i would find something else.

Nice hotel with really friendly staff
We went in august 2014 - at the arrival a friendly staffmember called and helped us find the place. Told us some tourist tips and was all in all very helpful. The room was good, even though there were quite a lot of dust under the beds at the time we left. When we arrived it was perfectly fine, and there was housekeeping every day, where we could get new towels, bed clothing etc. Near the town center and the central station, Termini. A lot of good restaurants and icecream places in the nearest area. Also several supermarkets. There wasn't any noise during day or night. We would wfinitely go there again
