Ci siamo trovati molto bene, la colazione era buona e servita in camera e la posizione della struttura è molto comoda. La stanza secondo me è migliorabile, in ogni caso il personale è gentilissimo e pronto ad aiutare il cliente

Horrible experience...
This is not an hotel, is a room inside a building. Completely noisy, not 5 star hotel at all... They announced like this but is a bed and breakfast..I needed to find an alternative hotel and they refuse to reimburse me a penny . Completely unrecomendabke

ACCOGLIENZA MERAVIGLIOSA DATO CHE MARTINA CI E' VENUTA A PRENDERE PERCHE' NON RIUSCIVAMO AD ORIENTARCI ED HA CONTINUATO AD ESSERE ATTENTA E PREMUROSA AD OGNI NOSTRA ESIGENZA IN OGNI MOMENTO DEL SOGGIORNO. E' RIUSCITA ANCHE A METTERE UN LENZUOLO-PARETE PERCHE' ERAVAMO SCONCERTATI DALLE PARETI TRASPARENTI DEL BAGNO. Finto albergo a 5 stelle
Ho prenotato Relais pantheon in base alle belle immagini che ho trovato su expedia con delle aspettative di confort essendo un hotel a 5 stelle.Innanzitutto non riuscivo a trovare l'ingresso , aspettandomi una hall che non esiste. All'indirizzo dell'hotel c é una porticina , varcata la quale ci si trova un piccolissimo ingresso con i bidoni dell'immondizia (!) ed una ripida scala sulla quale bisogna trascinarsi le valigie.Mi domando come possano fare i portatori di handicap ed in ogni caso io ero con una persona anziana che ha faticato non poco.Le signorine dell'accoglienza sono molto gentili e cercano di far dimenticare la scomodità ma non esistono spazi comuni ( impossibile stare se non in camera) ed il personale è presente fino alle 18,poi qualsiasi problema bisogna risolverselo da soli perchè non c è NESSUNO.La camera è piccolissima e si può stare solo nel letto e l'armadio ha una serratura che non funziona per cui rimane sempre aperto.La colazione è compresa nel costo ma viene portata in camera,non essendoci una sala colazione ed è di scarsa qualità,il caffé è freddo.Come possa avere 5 stelle una struttura così mi risulta incomprensibile

The location is first class . 100 yds to pantheon , 5 min walk to trevi fountain 15 min to Spanish steps . Taxi to Vatican around 10 euros and Same to Colleseum. Great restaurants all around so really close to most landmarks.

Boutique Hotel: Trouble with A/C
Everything was great EXCEPT the housekeeping staff turned off the A/C ever day after cleaning. It took a very long time to cool down the room with the A/C system they have. Temperatures were in the 90’s plus. The hotel is in a perfect location just steps from the Pantheon and taxi service. Friendly staff but note that this hotel is not staffed 24/7. No restaurant on site. No elevator on site.

Fantastique
Nous avons passé 2 nuits dans ce superbe relais!! Il est extrêmement bien situé, à 2 pas du Panthéon. Les filles à l’accueil sont à vos petits soins. Et la chambre est tres bien décorée avec tout le confort qu’on pouvait espérer. Nous le recommandons fortement pour passer de très bons moments ;-) Encore merci Melanie et Jonathan

It is a guest house not a hotel! Would have been good to know when we booked. Taking the bags up and down the stairs are the con for this property! Pro’s excellent location. Breakfast is a bit deceiving it’s cold cereal/ bread not proper breakfast like you get in hotels.

great hotel, close to almost all the tourist places, great staff that try to help in any situation. the rooms were clean, the brackfast was tasty. we love it all!

Little gem in the heart of a beautiful city!
I was pleasantly surprised with this little hotel. Just in the heart of Rome, everything about it is perfection : close to mostly every attraction, lovely local restaurants only a few steps away, clean room, amazing breakfast served in room and very polite staff. Cleanliness is at its best. It was a great experience for me and my son staying there for a few nights visiting one of the most beautiful historical cities in world. In this little gem you will have everything you need on a city break. I'm definitely going back to Rome and this will be my staying place. All staff at Pantheon Relais made our stay to Rome extra special. Thank you.

Cute little B.B. right next to the Pantheon. Busy location but window did a good job keeping most of the street noise out. Room was comfortable and the front desk service was amazing and the breakfast every morning was served in bed. Would return here ! Thanks again

Jättebra och tryggt läge vid Pantheon. Små gator med butiker runt omkring. Tryggt och säkert område. Det enda minuset är givet många restauranger på gatan så är det ganska högljutt på kvällar/nätter.

Brilliant location, couldn't have been more central to everything. The bathroom has a glass door which is a bit odd for us as there's no privacy at all really. But all in all great staff, nice breakfast and great area.

Almost perfect
I would give this hotel 5 stars if it wasn't for the shower issues. There isn't one..... There's a big beautiful tub for 2 with a shower wand, but the hot water only trickles out. If you want a bath (since it's your only option to wash) it takes over an hour to fill the tub with hot water. We wound up crouching in the tub using the shower wand. This could have only been an issue in our suite, so don't book the Venus room. Other than that, the staff, location, cleanliness, and everything else was perfect. P.S. there's no elevator, so if you have heavy bags you'll have to haul them up a flight of stairs.

Exemplary hotel with unbelievable price!
Was probably the best Familiy operated hotel have ever stayed in . Central Tuscany wine tours etc. The hotel is total solar electric but you could not tell as the entire hotel has. AC hot water all electronically controled.

The key code door lock was not functioning & were forced to stay in our room from 6pm until 9am the following morning, because we would have been locked out. Finally got an actual metal key the end of the 2nd day of our stay. Room smelled of sewer gas & had to put the bath mat over the shower drain to keep the odor down to a tolerable level. Apparently they don't know what a P-trap is.

Excellent location
Very pleasant and helpful staff. Only downside was the WiFi did not work well in our room. Also, our hotel room key did not work at night after the staff was already gone and we could not get in contact with anyone. Luckily we found an emergency room key behind the desk that apparently had access to every room. Fortunate we were able to get in our room, but disturbing that anyone could have found this and had access to all rooms. As for breakfast, it was delicious. The location could not have been better. Check in/check out was a breeze. Overall it was a great stay.

Clean. But no shower, only Tub. They had fresh fruit in the room and cookies at the front desk. Breakfast was ordered the night before. It was continental and as much as you wanted.

Pantheon Relais is centrally located near Pantheon and about 20 min walk to most attractions. Unfortunately, the air conditioning was very inefficient and the room was stifling hot in August! Also the wifi is weak and spotty. The staff are friendly and try to be helpful although I didn't find them very knowledgable about yours etc. they are only there 9-6 daily. I think next time I would select a bigger hotel with more amenties and staff. Nice decor and pretty good breakfast is provided in the room- cereal, coffee, croissants, charcuterie.

This is NOT a hotel but a large flat converted into a B&B with four rooms.. There is no major reception area or a dining room.. Having said that it has an amazing location, it feels like you are living in your own apartment in the middle of Rome, instead of being a tourist in a hotel.. The lady at the reception was awesome, so helpful and friendly.. Breakfast delivered to room was very handy, no time lost if you are on a schedule to sightsee or just want to take it easy.. The whole place was decorated so tasteful! Our only two complaints were that we had a gorgeous bathtub (that we never used) with a handheld shower head, which flooded the bathroom every time we used it.. Second downer was the club downstairs that blasted the music between 2-3am, on two nights.. We were told that they were trying to stop it but I guess it was too late for us..

Everything was perfect including the breakfast with one exception. I don't know if this is every night or what. But on Sat. night around midnight we were awoken by throbbing music that did not stop till 4:15 in the morning. Sounded like bizarre middle eastern music. I don't know if it was a house or a bar somewhere. Therefore, we did not sleep and felt terrible the next day. They need to find out where that is coming from and shut that down.

Fantastisk!
Svært sentral beliggenhet og perfekt rom for kjærlighetstur. Ble ved ankomst møtt med musserende vin og litt snacks. Frokosten ble servert på rommet, og var helt fantastisk. Hyggelig og imøtekommende betjening.

5 Nights in the Pantheon Relais
We enjoyed our stay at the Pantheon Relais. The decor is great and quirky, although bath with a glass panel seperating from main bedroom so I could see my partner in the bath from the bed was a bit 'quirky' There are only 4 rooms and they bring breakfast on a tray to the bedroom each day was great. Only bad point in our 5-night stay was a neighbour (not in the hotel) playing music very loud until 04:50am on one of the nights

Superleuk hotel, in het oude centrum.
Heerlijke luxe kamer (Venus). Erg vriendelijk en hulpvaardig personeel. Super lekker ontbijt op de kamer terwijl het bubbelbad zich vult! Toppunt van relaxen midden in he drukke centrum. Alles op loopafstand. Heerlijke restaurantjes om de hoek. Hele dikke aanrader!! Vooral de kamer met de naam Venus!

the staff were very good made me feel very welcome. it was situated just around the corner from the partheon and close to piazza navona. a short walk to the trevi. I thought it was a hotel but it was a b&b. overall I was very satisfied
