Genial la estancia y fantástico el trato recibido por parte de Luca y su familia. Tuvimos un problema en la línea B del metro en Termini (nos robaron la cartera) donde la policía nos trató a patadas. Luca se ofreció, nos acompañó a otra comisaría y estuvo con nosotros hasta finalizar el trámite. Gracias familia Pellegrini, hay cosas que no se olvidan.❤️

Für eine Stadttour absolut empfehlenswert. Sehr, sehr nette Gastgeber. Zimmer zum übernachten mehr als ausreichend. Zum verweilen etwas klein. Für uns hat es aber gepasst. Alles sauber und jeden Tag wird gereinigt und die verbrauchten Utensilien wieder aufgefüllt. Immer wieder gerne...

I booked this place as a surprise for my parents and they loved it. The owner contacted me as soon as I said I wanted few extra bits to celebrate my mum’s bday and was very accommodating and helpful. My parents really like the room very spacious and very close to the Vatican and Ottaviano underground. Thanks again Luca for your hospitality!

Really incredible stay. Seriously wouldn’t stay anywhere else. Host is incredible, staff was amazing, location was quiet and nice, plus only a 20 minute walk from big sites. Seriously cannot recommend this place enough. My wife and I stayed here and instantly fell in love. Thank you Luca and Armony suites staff truly a great experience. Can’t talk enough about this place. Highly highly recommend.

The owner Luca will make your stay the most memorable with all his recommendations. He will give you a phone with an app collect Manet on it which had all the google maps to everywhere. Free phone calls and you can hotspot to your phone from it. He will help with your itinerary and recommend great eatieries around the area. The area is near the Vatican and a 15-20 walk to everywhere else. Would always choose to stay here from now on. I had a lovely upgraded room, thrrr is a fridge and tea and coffee making facilities and a hairdryer.

Everything was in walking distance, Luca was very helpful and guided us throughout our stay. he even gave us a mobile phone with free internet access and hot spot so we can use whilst we were out and about.

Armony Suites was a fantastic place to stay. Convenient location, just a 20 min walk away from all of the main attractions in Rome. The rooms are big and comfortable. The best thing about this guest house however is Luca the host. He is brilliant! He showed us were we had to go for all our tours and also provided a local phone with internet and maps on it. In the evenings he asked us what we would like for dinner and recommended some amazing restaurants away from all the usual tourist traps. We can not recommend staying here enough!

The owner, Luca, is absolutely amazing!! He couldn’t be more helpful or wonderful! If it wasn’t for Luca we wouldn’t have had such a great trip to Rome. He told us all of the best place to go and the most incredible places to eat. The hotel room was just right. It was clean and close to everything. We walked everywhere. When I return to Rome the Armony Suites will be the only place I will stay!!

Totalement parfaite de A à Z Lucas le gérant est exceptionnel de l’accueil en passant par les conseils pour effectué les visites aux meilleurs moments pour terminé les conseils en terme de restauration tout simplement parfait. Le petit pris à l’extérieur de l’hôtel vous permet de découvrir le petit déjeuner local et copieux ,le cappuccino traditionnel avec un dessin sur la crème personnalisé reste parfait. 다시 로마에 오더라도 여기에서 묵을 예정입니다. 바티칸 에리어에 위치하여 치안이 좋고, 바티칸 미술관이나 산탄젤로성 등 유명 관광지까지 걸어서 갈 수 있습니다. 다소 거리가 있는 곳이라도, 메트로 역이 가깝기 때문에 매우 편리합니다. 도보 1분 거리에 슈퍼마켓이 있고, 건물 입구는 관계자 외 출입 금지라서 안심할 수 있습니다. 다만 24시간 오픈 프런트가 아니므로 체크인 시간은 사전에 꼭 약속해놓고 가세요. 근처 카페에서 심플한 조식 / 크로와상과 카푸치노가 제공됩니다. 카페 직원분들은 아주 친절하시고 커피 크로와상도 너무 맛있었어요. 조식 외에도 이용했었는데 맛과 퀄리티는 아주 좋으면서도 타 카페에 비해 아주 저렴했습니다. 오너의 배려로 객실에 비치된 스마트폰을 사용하게 해주셨는데, 추천 맛집이나 번역기, 지도는 물론, 와이파이도 테더링으로 사용할 수 있어서 감사히 활용했습니다. 처음 로마에 온 저희를 위해 다음 날 투어 집합장소까지 가는 방법을 스트리트뷰로 설명해 주셔서 헤매지 않고 잘 다녀왔습니다. 객실은 넓고 깨끗하며 불편함 없이 지낼 수 있었습니다. 간혹 냉장고에 미니바용 음료로 꽉차서 제대로 사용할 수 없는 호텔들이 있는데, 미니바가 없어서 냉장고는 비어있어서 덕분에 밖에서 사온 음료를 마음껏 넣어서 사용했습니다. 포트는 물론, 캡슐커피용 에스프레소 머신도 비치되어 있어서 좋았어요. 위치 및 시설 등 모든 면에서 만족스러웠습니다. 입구에는 트립어드바이저에서 수년간 5점 만점을 획득한 상패가 가득 걸려있더라고요. 마지막날 로마 공항으로 가야했는데, 도보로 5분 이내 거리에 공항버스 승강장이 있어서 이 역시 편리하게 이용했습니다. The B&B is in a terrific location for visiting the Vatican and sites in Rome. We were able to walk to almost everything. The room is typical of a European hotel and was very comfortable.

Excellent B&B in Rome
The hotel owner was very hospitable, gave many recommendations about Rome and travel in it, and even gave his personal phone number and invited to call him should any problem arise. The local phone he provided was very useful. You also get a voucher for two croissants and two coffees for each guest. Thank you Luca, you really improved our stay in Rome!

My stay at Rome Armony Suites was wonderful. The room was a basic room, not fancy, but perfect for the price. It is centrally located in a safe area and is close to shopping, restaurants and the sights. The provided cell phone was wonderful with all the information needed and also acts as a hotspot so as you're out touring the city, you have free wifi. They provide a lovely breakfast of pastries and drinks just around the corner at Brown & Co. And the best part of the Rome Armony Suites is Luca. He was waiting outside for me to arrive and made my visit so much easier with all his advice and tips to make visiting Rome go more efficiently. A wealth of knowledge and just a wonderful and kind man. Thank you Luca!

We had a great stay at the Roma Armony Suites, we were met at reception by the owner Luca who couldn't have been more helpful and gave us loads of really useful information. The room was small but had everything you need with an ensuite bathroom, hairdryer, iron and safe. The apartment was very central with most of the main sights within walking distance. On the downside the room could have done with a few tweaks, curtains were a bit stained and the shower could have done with some TLC, but overall it was clean and for price and location I would definitely recommend it for a short stay, we were there for 3 nights anything longer I would have wanted a balcony or a window with a view, the one in the room was frosted and it made the room feel dark. The breakfast option was very good a small bakery around the corner where you were given a choice of a lovely danish and any coffee or tea for 4 euros very Italian! Overall I would recommend for a short break 2 or 3 nights and not if you want to spend much time in the room, but hey you're in Rome! why would you!! We were also given a free mobile phone with some interesting apps showing places to go, Google Maps and free phone calls.

Kenneth and Helen, thank you for taking the time to write this review and thank you for the compliments; thanks also for the criticisms, they will help us to improve as for the curtains, I apologize but unfortunately the building was for 9 months with the external scaffolding due to the renovation work and, despite our attention and the windows kept practically always closed, the dust has infiltrated everywhere however the curtains (and all the upholstery) will be replaced and completely renewed as for the shower you're right, unfortunately the water in Rome contains a lot of limestone, but I had to pay more attention for the room, I'm sorry, but you booked very late and it was the only room left. We have bigger rooms facing the main street, but they are the ones that are booked first even though they have a higher price; for the next time maybe booking more in advance you will have more choice and as for the light, in every room there is a light regulator, you probably just had to increase the intensity thanks again and hope to see you again soon

Luca, eigenaar van deze accomodatie, is bijzonder hulpzaam bij het plannen van je dagelijkse uitstapjes in Rome en bij het kiezen van eetgelegenheden. Hij geeft je zelfs een smartphone die je kan gebruiken om gratis te bellen naar bijna overal ter wereld, om je weg te vinden in Rome, een taxi te bellen enzovoort. Top kerel!

ByB ubicado en un edificio antiguo en muy buenas condiciones. La habitación amplia y luminosa, cama enorme y muy cómoda instalaciones sanitarias modernas y eficientes. Muy cálida atención de Luca.

primeira visita a roma, o rome armony é em verdade um bed & breakfast, com isso, não há portaria, nem funcionários 24h por dia, nem por isso deixa qualquer necessidade a desejar, pelo contrário, aliás. Lucca, um dos proprietários, sempre está disponível por email ou telefone e fez questão de nos recepcionar na nossa chegada. Chegando ao quarto, ficamos com uma chave e com toda a liberdade para andar por roma, hospendando-nos muito bem e com um preço muito bom. Por fim, a localização é excepcional, dá pra fazer tudo a pé relativamente à principais atraçoes de roma e ao vaticano, que está a não mais que 10min de caminhada. Dos passeios mais comuns, o coliseu é o mais distante, mesmo assim, há uma estação de metro a 7min do hotel. realmente, valeu bastante a hospedagem no armony.

Flotte, romslige rom med veldig komfortable senger. Moderne bad med fantastisk trykk i dusjen. Beliggende i en shoppinggate med en del trafikk, men rommene var så godt isolert at når du hadde vinduet igjen var det helt stille. Frokosten var på en kafe rett rundt hjørnet. Hotellverten Luca tok imot oss på gaten når vi ankom og vi følte oss velkommen fra første sekund. Han ga oss gode tips om hva vi burde få med oss og hvor vi burde spise osv. Bor gjerne her igjen.

Prima hotel maar wel gehorig.
De ligging van het hotel en de kamers waren prima. Wat wel vervelend was, was dat het gehorig was. Het leek net of de mensen achter de balie (als ze er waren) ze bij je op de kamer waren, qua geluid.

Perfect Stay!
The best B&B I've ever experienced. Was more like a small luxury hotel, didn't feel as though you were staying in someone's house. The hosts were fantastic, the room gorgeous and the location perfect (closer to the Vatican but a nice walk to the city centre, also very close to the Metro). I will most certainly stay here again on my next trip to Rome.

Meget hjælpsomt personale. De bookede indgang til seværdigheder for os. Ved sen ankomst, ring ca 15 min. før din ankomst ved hotellet, da der ikke er aften bemanding efter 18.00.

Excellent stay at Rome Armony Suites!
Overall excellent stay. The owner, Luca, was just great in providing us with suggestions on what to see, how to get there and where to eat. Ordered our driver to the airport. Excellent service!

位置優異，舒適乾淨
地點離捷運站步行大約五分鐘，附近靠近梵蒂岡，感覺滿安全的，周邊也有很多商店適合逛街。民宿主人luca和他兒子相當親切。唯一缺點是旅館位置不好找。

A hotel that feels like home.
Everything about our stay was fantastic. Luca took the time to answer all of our questions and even showed us on Google maps the route to take to our tour meetup points. It is obvious that he is passionate about what he does and believes in taking care of guests. Great restaurant recommendations and location! Highly recommended!
