Of course, we are not, but this is clearly stated on the Expedia website, perhaps it would have been enough to read to understand it.What does it mean that we don't offer any services? We have a range of complimentary services for our guests such as a refreshment corner (tea, herbal teas, coffee, biscuits, croissants, water). We offer cribs, strollers, umbrellas, ironing boards and irons to guests for free. Our rooms are extremely comfortable and equipped with everything you need. We have a reception with experienced operators to support guests. We have a cleaning team recognized by almost all reviews as very efficient, who tidies up all rooms daily and sanitizes all areas with ozone at every guest change.Furthermore, we have a range of paid services (from NCC service to hairdresser, massages, etc.). And last but not least, we offer an experiential environment, we are located in the historic center 200 meters from the Spanish Steps and Trevi Fountain in a 17th-century building with several rooms featuring original frescoes from the period.But perhaps you prefer a motel on the ring road, free to make your choice...

The room you were assigned was a 17 sqm room plus a 3 sqm bathroom, if you chose us it seems that you were satisfied with the type of accommodation. We are not a hotel, but a guesthouse, and most likely you were also satisfied with the price. We have no idea which photos you may have seen, perhaps you saw the photos of the larger family quadruple rooms, but you did not notice that under each photo there is the room type and obviously different prices. We only have an email address that belongs to Expedia.com and that should forward all the information we send and that a customer needs to access the property. Therefore, if Expedia.com does not forward our emails to customers, there is absolutely nothing we can do. This is the reason why you arrived at the wrong address and did not find the keys or where to check-in directly: namely at the Trevi Contemporary Suite on Via Rasella 148, just a few minutes' walk from Spagna Ave.The room you booked is located in a Guest House, not a Hotel. The property specifically has six rooms, and there is not a large number of people coming and going that could make it impossible to sleep. The "kitchen facilities" are in a common area available to all guests. Nowhere is it specified or written that the "kitchen facilities" are located in the room. As for the internet connection, no customer has previously reported any malfunctions, especially during this period. Finally, regarding the mattresses and pillows, they are of a professional type specifically for hotels. We cannot certainly have different types of mattresses or pillows depending on each guest's needs. We believe that this is a very, very subjective aspect. We also believe that maybe it would be wise to carefully read all the information that is clearly stated on all portals before making a reservation and then blaming the host for any inconveniences and overly critical reviews.We wish you a good day.
