Hello Yiyoung, I am so sorry to hear the bed was to soft for you. We did get new mattresses a couple of years ago, they are on the softer side. Most of our guests do enjoy this however we do have some that prefer a harder mattress. I will have engineering take a look to make sure there is nothing wrong just in case. This fee is listed on the Marriott Website along with the Expedia website as well.
