We truly apologize that you were unsatisfied with your stay. Upon reading your comments we thoroughly checked all rooms on our premises and each room is equipped with Flat screen T.V.& Cable, WiFi ,Electrical water kettle,Instant coffee, sugar & creamer pkts., clean Microwave & Refrigerator and carpets were deep cleaned in beginning of this June; and do not have blood stains. It is needless to mention that you have paid extra for the Extra person in the room as well as Dog Fee as per the policy. Again, we are dismayed that you did not enjoy your stay , but please note that your comments are inaccurate . Sam Patel. Shady Oaks Motel.
