Da evitare
Hotel a 35 km dal centro.citta', nessun servizio di.navetta, solo taxi 60 euro a tratta, camera fatiscente, bagno orribile, colazione ridicola.con personale scorbutico.unica nota positiva la gentilezza del.personale.della reception

Hotel isolato, posto tranquillo ma facilmente raggiungibile. Bella posizione. Molto gentilii e disponibili alla reception. camere ampie e confortevoli anche in 4. Bella la sauna. Buona la colazione passabile la cena. Ci tornerei

Vaut le détour
Charmant hôtel perdu dans la forêt. La chambre est grande et confortable. Un sauna mixte c'est une première pour nous. Petit déjeuner copieux et goûteux. Seul bémol on est à plus de 20 kms de Rovaniemi et de ses activités. Mais c'est un choix assume pour le calme de la nature

Super schönes abgelegenes Hotel in dem man seine ruhe hat. Schöne Wanderwege in jede Richtung. Die Einrichtung der Zimmer ist zwar etwas Jugendherbergen mäsig aber man hält sich ja eigentlich eh nur zum schlafen im zimmer auf

Tervehdys Bear´s Lodgesta! Kiitos palautteestasi! Kelkkailu ja muut akstiviteetit onnistuvat kyllä, kunhan varaukset tehdään edelliseen iltaan klo 20.00 mennessä. Safareilla yleensä on suuri joukko asiakkaita, mutta joskus saattaa päästä pienemmässäkin ryhmässä matkaan. Toivotamme mukavaa talven jatkoa ja toivottavasti tapaamme taas! Super idée des jeux au coin de la cheminée , Vraiment très très dommage que la piscine en photo ne soit pas utilisable ( froide ) horaire du saune trop Court quand on fait des activités journées complète. Personnel très aimable, serviable , merci à eux tous .

All the conventional measures are not how you measure this hotel... the food was decent -not great. The rooms were decent - not great. The staff was decent - not great. But the environment, location, peace, serenity, etc. were phenomenal. It’s a fantastic place to stay if the hero of the trip doesn’t need to be 5 star accommodations. We loved it- and would go back.

Yani at reception was the most unhelpful person I’ve ever met at a hotel. They gave us wrong direction to chase for aurora and caused us not being able to catch it. She was also not helpful to check on the snow mobile and reindeer rides and her attitude is not good. She speaks with an attitude. Hotel does not even have room service. Serve 3 dishes for buffet throughout the day.

Dear Wendy, thank you for your feedback and I am sorry for late answer! I am sorry to hear your disapintings and I am sorry that my service did not please you. At that time we had fully booked hotel and we had a lot of customers who I served one at a time. The activities must be booked a day before and I told you this when you checked-in. This is the rule which we have received from service providers. They need time to arrange staff for the next day. Unfortunately all the reindeer activities were fully booked during your stay and some farmers did not answer to the phone. When you try to hunting the Northern Lights, you need clear sky, dark place and open space. The lake just front of the hotel is good place to see the Northern Lights. I am sorry to hear you could not find this place. I appreciate your feedback and I wish you a nice spring time!

Most memorable and nicest vacation ever
I am hard-pressed to come up with a more memorable and nicer vacation than what we spent at the Bear's Lodge. Surprisingly, everything was much nicer than appeared in the pictures. The cabins were rustic on the outside, but extremely comfortable, spotlessly clean, warm, modern and beautiful on the inside. There was a spa and fireplace, both of which we took advantage of. Simple, short operating instructions were given for everything. There were heaters in every room and big beautiful windows. We came from Spain, so did not have proper clothes. These were available onsight for our use the entire stay if we booked even a single activity, otherwise, available for a small fee. We chose the husky ride and absolutely loved it. Food was great, and the people at the lodge were lovely. My two girls are already talking about going back, but want to stay for two weeks next winter and also visit in summer.
