“Very nice 1BR apt perfect for a couple. The only thing that didn’t seem completely on target was the ‘steps to the beach’ detail. I was expecting something VERY close to the beach. Beach access was limited & it took a bit of a walk to get to the beach. Everything else was accurate & as I expected. ”

“Great location and setup is ready made as other reviews state with food and all beach amenities you could need there for use. AC’s are updated and worked great. The location is perfect for beach days and multiple groceries stores/pharmacies within a mile. Old San Juan is only a 15 min ride and a gated parking space is given for your car all week. Again, smart touches by the property owner around food, coffee, beach items, etc. that make you want to come back.”

“Our stay was lovely. The hotel room was rather small but we had a huge deck to ourselves which was very nice - just be sure to bring bug repellent. Breakfast was delicious and i appreciated the 24hr tea and coffee service. Also, they have beach chairs and coolers for your use which is really helpful. ”

“This stay is an amazing experience. We would definitely book again. Super accommodating and responsive host. Rosa is very friendly! Only steps away from the beach and restaurants/bars. There’s a supermarket on the corner to get groceries from as well. There’s a café in the lower level of the hotel that we got to enjoy, as well as super friendly and attentive staff in the building.
