Me and my fiancée stayed here for 1 night and they took my deposit and charged me $100 talking about the room was left a mess when indeed it was not we are not those type of people and very clean. Reached out and they stated they had pictures but refused to let me get copies. There were also drugged out homeless people harassing me and my fiancée outside the door. I will not stay here again.

I left after a few days because of the noise. It sounded like I was staying next to a washing machine going 24 hours a day. I got very little sleep and my mood was suffering. It was not fair to my business partners that I was in such a bad mood. Also, I use a walker and was booked on the third floor. For two of the days the elevator was not working. Climbing down multiple flights of stairs with a walker is not fun nor easy. I chose to get a set of pots and pans. I was charged $70.00 (50.00?) for the set. When I checked out, they said there was no charge for the pots and pans. Where did the fee go?

Arrived with our fully paid room reservation /confirmation number in hand, only to be told they were full and didn't have a room for us. Woman at the front desk had absolutely no customer service skills. She showed no sympathy for our situation and just kept saying "our rooms are on a first come, first served basis" despite our paid reservation! I don't think she even apologized, and she certainly didn't offer to call any nearby hotels to see if they had rooms available. Also, when the Expedia reservations gentleman tried to call her, she either hung up on him or refused to answer the phone!!! It took about 45 minutes, but the Expedia reservations gentleman was wonderful and stayed on the line while we drove over to the Doubletree to confirm that they had a room available, and then he made us a new reservation. The Extended Stay lobby was not clean or attractive, and the property is in a not so nice, industrial area.

Not worth it
Funky smell. Long Black hairs all over sheets pillows, bathroom sink, bathtub & brown stains on the sheets. 3 thin pillows provided for 2 people. Our door was bowed at the top and bottom preventing a solid seal. It was loud with traffic and neighbors. Way overpriced for what you get.

Hotel sits on the corner of Arden & Harvard. During main hours, the noise can be very loud. Seems to be a large amount of loud Motorcycles in the Area. Not the Hotel's fault but an observation.

We felt a little better after a trip to Walmart for cleaning supplies and fabreeze. We never did get used to groups hanging out in the parking lot or on the balcony. Just sketchy. And it stunk like someone unplugged a dirty refrigerator.

This place is meh. at this price point you know what you're getting. kinda dingy. had a funky smell but not so bad you'd leave. loads of people smoking pot outside. side note that if you need anything in the room, like a hair dryer, you need to ask for it when you check in.

I made a complaint because someone was smoking cigarettes and the smell permeated into the room assigned to me. Not only was it disgusting but I ended up with a headache which triggered vertigo so I had to take meds which cause drowsiness. I’m parked across the parking lot away from the building packing my things after checking out and I had to look around to see who was smoking and it was one of your maids. There was cockroaches in one of our rooms and the other smelled like cigarettes. I complained to the front desk and they said I have to tell hotels.com to get a refund and they told hotels.com that I didn’t say anything. I don’t recommend them

This place seems really worn out. My room seemed clean but seeing the outside made me think it prob wasn’t. The people out in the parking lot hanging around were really creepy. A car alarm kept going off all night. I won’t stay here again.

My stay was wonderful, nobody bothered me at all, my daughter did laundry and my granddaughter was quite pleased that she had WiFi, I was able to rest and there was even a stove if we wanted to cook I will be returning

Over priced. Bed not comfortable. Guests were loud. Lots of yelling and doors slamming. Not for a good place to be on a Friday night. Would not stay again.
