Arrived with our fully paid room reservation /confirmation number in hand, only to be told they were full and didn't have a room for us. Woman at the front desk had absolutely no customer service skills. She showed no sympathy for our situation and just kept saying "our rooms are on a first come, first served basis" despite our paid reservation! I don't think she even apologized, and she certainly didn't offer to call any nearby hotels to see if they had rooms available. Also, when the Expedia reservations gentleman tried to call her, she either hung up on him or refused to answer the phone!!! It took about 45 minutes, but the Expedia reservations gentleman was wonderful and stayed on the line while we drove over to the Doubletree to confirm that they had a room available, and then he made us a new reservation.
The Extended Stay lobby was not clean or attractive, and the property is in a not so nice, industrial area.
