“It was amazing stay in Zermatt !! Location was perfect to see the Matterhorn and go skiing. There’s no other option for us. Rooms are spacious , clean , enough of spaces to put our clothes, and great kitchen (although without microwave). We also enjoyed fire the stove! ”

“There were so many amazing things about this property. First, the hosts, Chris and Fi were so helpful and everything was well communicated. The uphill walk with our luggage was a little tough, but the apartment was beautiful, and the views of the Matterhorn were incredible!”

“The house is pretty, quaint, organized, clean. It is very well equipped with everything needed. Great coffee machine, Oven, Gas, fireplace, Washer and dryer (in one machine, about 8 hour cycle). There are pictures on the walls, Nice lamps etc. It is a 10 minute drive from the main road from Chatillon to Cervinia, up a windy road on the side of the mountain, There are nice trails leading to this minuet village that has a parking and a few houses connected with cobblestone walks between them. “This Chalet is fantastic and Massimo was really helpful. Very cosy, clean and beautifully presented. Photos don’t do it justice. We slept well every night and had everything we needed for one Dad and 4 young adults. Parking was convenient and we were within easy driving reach of the slopes. The skiing in Cervinia was superb 😊👍”

“ Bei der Buchung entsteht der Eindruck, das freistehende Chalet zu buchen. Bei der Ankunft wird eine Wohnung im ersten Stock auf der Nordseite des Gebäudes zugewiesen, wo nie Sonne kommt. Die Wohnung war in Ordnung, aber überhaupt nicht das, was wir buchen wollten. Eine sehr sehr grosse Enttäuschung. Im Internet lesen wir, dass mehr Menschen auf diese Weise in die Irre geführt wurden.”

“Das Chalet Alpoase liegt an wunderbarer Lage mit spektakulärem Blick auf das Matterhorn. Um die Ecke hat es ein Geschäft für den täglichen Einkauf. Idealer Ausgangspunkt für Winterwanderungen. Einrichtung und Dekoration hätten wir uns für diesen Mietpreis hochwertiger gewünscht. Die Sauberkeit war (speziell in der Coronazeit) grenzwertig. Die Vorgänger hatten sehr wahrscheinlich einen Hund. Beanstandungspunkte wurden speditiv und zur Zufriedenheit erledigt.”

“Property is not accessible through road as it is on the hill and no road is leading to there. You have to take the Gornergrat train for one station to reach the property. Ticket cost is CHF17 one way which is quite costly. Flat 16 does not have any view to Matterhorn so avoid booking this one to avoid disappointment. Flat is clean and properly manager is very helpful. ”

“Super smooth check in process. Loved the views ans silence at Overlook Lodge compared to a regular room at Cervo. Staff was extremely attentive and were accessible at all times. I was jumping out of my bed every morning at sunrise to enjoy the views! At a little extra cost you can also enjoy breakfast and spa at Cervo. Hotel has direct connection to the lifts! I would recommend it to everyone and stay here again!”
