A great place for a relaxing holiday. The Samoan buffet night with local food was great, The staff were lovely and very friendly. The massgaes we had were brilliant.the excusuin guide was friendy, helpful and knowledgeable. Unfortunately, the wait staff in the main restaurant were, as happens in many restaurants nowadays, not trained on the basics, did not know which side to serve meals from, were not trained to be attentive, often did not notice who was ready to order, do not and the floor manager might as well not have been there. Sad as they were a lovely smiling group.. The second smaller restaurant was much better organised, and their staff were better trained. That did not howewver spoil a great relaxing time.

Faith was fantastic! She was so nice and friendly. She woke up early every morning to make breakfast for us. She truly made us feel welcome to Apia!

The first day we enter the door was nice and neat, no lift or staff to help carried our luggages upstairs, the room smells n dirty. Free breakfast the room is not good enough, the menu is still the same from our first day up to last day, i don't know why, compared to others hotels, please consider this issue for better next time, thanks

Loved my stay here. Everything needed in one place. Breakfast was a bonus.
