“There was no heater in the house and as note in my questionnaire we were all 3 in our 80 and 70 No heat was mentioned This person that kept checking on us Vancasa knew nothing about the house. We did not have TV because there were no instructions. No information sheets about what to do upon checking out . This has never happened to me with a VRBO normally everything is typed out and very easy for our stay. Excellent clean kitchen, with everything you might need to cook with.”
