I found that there was a la k of room service staff. The sheets/blanket for sofa bed was missing and when we called, we were told to come to front desk to get it.

The property was excellent. We checked in as usual, and gave our Hilton Honors number. They said they could add out points because we booked through Expedia instead of Hilton. We totally understand that, but we should still get the same treatment and perks as any other GOLD member. They acted like we were beneath them since we booked with Expedia. Somewhat rude about ANY extra perks, even though we chose Hilton for that very reason.

Everything was wonderful … just was a little disappointed in the unavailability of the restaurant … I was there for my son’s Airforce graduation and we just wanted to spend some time with him in the hotel but we couldn’t order any food and it was in the middle of the afternoon approximately around 2pm.

It’s very nice hotel in fact one of my favorites, but the room that we stayed in smelled like sewer in the morning. I was also disappointed because I used to love the breakfast buffet. I was not a fan of the breakfast area, too small and longer wait. Also the servers seem always in a rush and the ladies not very friendly. Not to mention the food was overpriced and not very tasty. But I have to say that receptionist was wonderful, very helpful friendly and welcoming.

We liked the courtyard. It was very relaxing. It was very close to SeaWorld. The only complaints I have is we ran out of shampoo/conditioner/Kleenex. They don't stock these items very well. The hotel needs a bigger shuttle for SeaWorld guests. It only holds a few people and a large family would fill it up. Overall a very nice place to stay.

The property was under construction and making repairs and upgrades and changing money to park your vehicle. If I knew that I would have stayed elsewhere. That should have been disclosed at booking. On the second day my room didn’t get cleaned

Caro y te cobran por todo.
El Hotel no es de los hoteles económicos y me incomoda que te cobren por todo. 19 dólares por noche de estacionamiento, siendo que le estacionamiento es propio del mismo hotel, las aguas dentro de la habitación te las cobran en 3 dólares, en el lobby no tienen agua ni café de cortesía, anteriormente ya me había hospedado ahí y me lleve una buena impresión pero estos cambios han hecho que decía no volver, además de que una parte del lobby estaba en remodelación, podrían subir el precio un poco e incluirte aunque sea un café en el lobby o una botella de agua en la habitación mínimo
