Please note we perform regular checks to ensure all our rooms are in good, working condition. However, unforeseeable issues do arise occasionally and our goal is to address them immediately. We wish you would have notified our team of the room heater during your stay, as they would have been happy to offer you a different room to help improve your experience. Still, we appreciate you letting us know following your check out so we can ensure a smooth experience for future guests. In addition, please note that we utilize a professional elevator service that services and maintains our elevator on a regular basis to ensure it is safely operating in optimal condition. We are glad you were able to quickly exit the elevator within minutes by simply pulling and returning the emergency stopper to its regular position, which may have been accidentally pushed. However, just to verify, following your stay we had our elevator re-serviced by a technician and it was confirmed to be operational.
