This is a great no frills motel with an exceptionally friendly front desk staff. Easy parking, good location, would definitely stay again.

Visited for a wedding. Was able to walk to beach and the wedding venue from our room. We enjoyed our stay very much. Nice size rooms with spacious bathroom. Would stay here again. Thank you.

Amazing suite!!
The suite was amazing!! It was cozy, comfy, and had all the amenities of home, including a full kitchen. We even had our own parking spot and private courtyard with a fire pit and BBQ! I cannot wait to stay here again!

This motel is an okay place to stay. The pros are that the staff is very nice, the location is great (there’s plenty of restaurants within walking distance and you can walk to the beach if you’re adventurous!), rooms are big, and it’s very quiet and peaceful. The cons are that it wasn’t quite as clean as I’d have liked, the bed was very uncomfortable, parking is limited, there were no room darkening curtains so it was extremely bright at night, and there was no extra lock on the door and no dead bolt which felt quite sketchy considering I, a single woman, stayed here with my daughter. Fix the lock situation and gain a star.

Motel de emergencia tan sólo (y caro)
Un hotel de dos estrellas aunque las fotos lo veas muy majo. Es simplemente algo muy básico para pasar la noche. Cómo seas más especialito lo vas a pasar mal esa noche Los precios están por las nubes en la zona y era lo único que no se te va más de 400 euros por noche la habitación. Al menos parking gratis en el propio establecimiento y cafetería para el desayuno a la espalda del motel..

Hey, it’s San Clemente where all hotel rates go up. It was what it was. Bed, tv, bathroom. Although the bathroom seriously needs to be updated. The area is why we went there. We walked practically everywhere. It was a bit close to the freeway because we heard the traffic. But for one of the more affordable motels, this did its job.

I love that it’s not your cookie-cutter chain motel. Quaint, colourful decor and beautiful succulent plants outside of each room’s private entrances. The staff were extremely friendly and accommodated my unexpected need to check in late. No coffee in the room, but there are lots of cafes nearby, including a great bagel/breakfast place right next door. The mattress was a bit worn out/lumpy but I still slept fine.

Small old school beach hotel. Staff was great. Friendly and accommodating. Rooms were clean, simple and small. Seemed pretty humid. Towels were nice but hard to drying out. Had to park on street if place is busy. Owner provided home made cookies for Mother’s Day. Nice touch. Was close to restaurants, grocery store and shops.0w dry gave helpful recommendations. Bagel shop next sire was great

Extremely nice and helpful staff! The one bed room was a bit small. After seeing the rooms with two beds, I wish I had booked one of those. Great location for food and window shopping. Nearby access to the free trolley was very convenient for getting to the pier and shops.

The property is a small charming motel. It was clean and provided what we needed for a one night stop. We were a 10 minute walk to public beach, on a main strip which had grocery, restaurants, gas all very nearby. The walls are thin, but other guests were respectful and quiet. The woman who works there is super nice and friendly. I would stay there again.

The first night of check-in was a bit odd. The person scheduled to work was sick, therefore a phone number was given. Had to call and speak to a person at the number. Our key was under the mat in the front of the room. The stay was ok. The bed was comfortable and we slept well. No real problems with the room.
