Our stay was great! The room was a good size and modern. It was clean and tidy. The wall mounted shampoo and lotion seemed like a good quality and I appreciate that it was not in the wasteful travel size bottles. Also, the breakfast was really delicious and nicely laid out. Would definitely recommend !

Had an everything I needed. Only thing missing was a bar and restaurant but I walked next door to embassy suites to get a drink and something to eat

We stayed here for a weekend trip to San Francisco. The hotel was super clean, the staff was so friendly and attentive and the breakfast was great both days. The area surrounding the hotel felt very safe. Would definitely recommend and we will for sure stay again!!!

Sorry about the parking fee, but basically on this area all of the hotels charge for parking fee.

Property was very clean, beds were comfortable and variety of breakfast choices was great, and staff were excellent and friendly. Would definitely stay here again!

The hotel staff was pretty friendly, rooms were nice but pillows were a little flag for my liking along with the bathroom’s being a little small. What threw our stay over the top was the breakfast selection. Every morning the options were a little different that made you want to wake up to see what was available. The breakfast staff made sure food was frequently replenished.

The breakfast was delicious. The room was clean enough but there was a really weird smell in the bathroom. Other than that, the staff were super nice and helpful and the surrounding area was safe.

Don't waste your money here
This is by far the worst hotel I've ever been to. Don't waste you money in this hotel. First, nothing worked in the room. Heater didn't work. I had to sleep with my jacket on. Coffee machine didn't work. Second, water pressure in shower was frustratingly low. Front desk agent could not care about guest comfort. They just want to put hot water in the lobby where it's convenient for them but guest has to come down to lobby whenever we need hot water because they do not provide kettle. She tried to over charge me for water. They also need training for ev driver guest. She just said she doesn't know because it's not their's. Btw there are lots of ants in the bathroom. No appreciation for the guest. I love Hampton Inn but this one is the worst EVER.
