“Stayed for a week in August and absolutely loved it. The villa is stunning with everything you need. Great views, amazing pool and fantastic host who is really helpful. We would definitely recommend and hope to return. Lots to visit locally (car needed) and easy access to larger destination of Florence, Siena and Pisa.”

Rodrigo was there to welcome us and securing for us an optimal stay. He was amicable and available. This is a place we are highly recommending.”

“I went with a group of 5 friends and we had a lovely time. The owners, Interhome, were very helpful when I had to change the number of guests close to the arrival date and were amenable when we asked to have the pool opened ahead of schedule. The local manager of the property was excellent. She was very friendly and made us an lovely dinner of Tuscan specialties and we could not have asked for a better host. Thank you for a wonderful stay!”

“Lovely Tuscan countryside views visible in the distance from our apartment windows! Very tastefully decorated. We had a nice comfortable stay overall. Still fresh from reno as in the photos but showing some wear and in need of a bit of maintenance and attention to updating some instructions and soft furnishings. No dryer instructions though every other appliance instructions were available. Parking and the grocery store is available at the opposite end so be prepared to walk at least 10-15...

“A fantastic, beautiful location to explore San Gim and surrounds. We were warmly greeted on arrival by Laura & Andrea with a glass of their excellent wine. The apartments are spacious and well appointed. Pool area is lovely. Breakfast is fab! The walks around the vineyards are lovely and our dog loved being there. Wine tasting is a must!”

“Annonce fausse :ce n'est pas une annexe qui est louée à l'année, mais la moitié de la maison. La lampe de la terrasse s'éteint sans prévenir à minuit. Bien lire le détail des taxes, cela pèse lourd sur la fin du séjour... Et surtout les propriétaires sont peu aimables ( les seuls mots de bienvenus de la maison, sont sur les taxes, les interdictions de bouger le mobilier ou de toucher aux citrons et oranges) et comme nous ne parlions pas italien, impossible de communiquer correctement. “This is an amazing property! Spectacular view of San Gimignano and of the surrounding area. Easy walking distance up the hill to San Gimignano. Four en suite bedrooms made it very comfortable and the house lacks for nothing, including history. The patios were great and having a swimming pool was a bonus. Alessandro was very helpful and available if we had any questions at all during our stay. I highly recommend this property.”

“vista diretta su san gimignano e le torri a sud e piscina a sfioro generosa con vista che affonda nei vigneti e sul tramonto...proprietà storica del 700 ben tenuta e dotata di ogni comfort. Unico piccolo neo un paio di zanzariere in una camera ed il suo bagno sono leggermente danneggiate e necesitterebbero di essere sistemate. x il resto proprietario sempre disponibile e quiete total ein un panorama mozzafiato”
