Buon resort escluso il cibo
Reception, camera, pulizia e bar tutto ok. Ristorante principale a buffet: scarso; personale lento (per un bicchiere di acqua frizzante anche 10 min di attesa), mancanza di cose basilari(ad es. semplice olio), frutta quasi inesistente a pranzo; poca scelta di cibi. Ristorante Portofino alla carta per la cena: buon livello e buon servizio. Mare purtroppo non balneabile causa onde pericolose.

I don’t usually leave reviews but this one is rightfully earned ! I’ve traveled to A LOTTT of places, first time in Cabo was AMAZING. The resort is not a party resort, very family friendly with the option to be in an adults only section. Food options were good considering all inclusive resorts aren’t always good in that sector. Super relaxing and quiet but close enough to the Cabo strip/other food/drinking places! Stay here! You won’t regret it especially if you’re looking to relax and have Spa services with nice big rooms and a sweet staff

The property was clean and well kept. The food at the restaurants was not very good. Breakfast took a long time to get and was always cold. Selection of restaurants was not very good. Drinks at the bars were terrible.

Overall, my stay was good and pleasent but just because I was there when the ocuppancy was low season. There are still better hotels around the same price point in the area. The food in the buffet was average. I would not say it is terrible, but it is not very tasty either; the dinner needs to be in a restaurant where they have first come, first serve, so be prepared to stay there before they open or wait for one hour at dinner time. The pool areas require more attention. So many wrong things are happening here, from being dirty, allowing people to throw things, and not behaving considering it is a family resort; the chairs are permanently reserved, and never enforce the rule to avoid reserving more than 30 minutes; good luck if you find one after 7 am, even if nobody will come to use them until midday. The staff in the pool bars is the worst. I read terrible comments about their attitude, customer service, wait times, and drink quality, and I can confirm that all are true. Supervising the staff is a problem here. On a positive note, the food in the restaurant is above average in my humble opinion. The staff and waiters are exceptionally nice and humble, always striving to provide the best service. They deserve a perfect score of 10 for their efforts. Overall, the beach area is also tiny. Even though they have room to grow, they prefer not to do anything, which becomes a problem if the hotel occupancy is higher, as you won't find any shadows.

Overall it’s a great hotel but had some weird issues. The property is in great condition, food is fairly good, kids club is great and the staff is friendly. The issues I ran into - significant shortage in both room and beach towels which was stressful and created a scarcity situation where people were hoarding towels. This be never experienced anything like this before. The second one- on the first night of our stay every single restaurant had a 1.5 hour wait and even if you were willing to eat simple or junk food there were no options. It was very disorganized and people waiting in line seemed to have reservations despite the hotels policy not to allow reservations. People recommended to us to pay off the staff in order to get a “reservation”. The next few nights we sent one of us to a restaurant 15 mins before it opened and that seemed to solve the issue but again this is not great. Bottom line, proceed with caution

- our room was ready one hour after check in time. -the food was terrible, no variety, long waiting times in every restaurant. - no pool beds available , just one pool to share with noisy kids that were throwing beverages in jacuzzi and pool. - shortage on staff. We stayed at this property in 2018 and enjoyed our stay so much that we wanted to stay again next time we were in Cabo. So we did that now in 2024 and the property is so bad now it’s not even comparable. We’re not sure if it is because it is now owned by Hyatt but the condition of the property, the food and the way it is run is honestly, terrible. We had no hot water for our showers 4 out of the 7 days we stayed. So disappointing that the management there seems to spend more time trying to hide problems and come up with excuses for shortfalls in service and hospitality. Rather than spending the time to ensure guests that have spent alot of money and time on planning their dream vacation have exactly that at this resort. And lastly, stop calling your property a golf resort when you do not even have a golf course on the property. So sad that I have to write a review like this but I feel obligated to Al others that are considering a stay here. We won’t be back again unfortunately.

Overall, our experience at Dreams Los Cabos Resort was mixed. While the property itself had a stunning view and the staff were kind and friendly, there were several issues that detracted from our enjoyment of our stay. The food was subpar and overpriced, with a lack of variety and quality that did not live up to the price of the stay. Additionally, the attempt to charge $560 per day for a 13 year old for the all inclusive package was outrageous and not justified by the amount of food he could realistically consume. There were also issues with our reservation, as it took us two hours to sort out upon arrival. The furniture in our suite was dirty and stained, and the doors were difficult to close. We were not the only ones in our party to experience problems, as some members suffered from food poisoning and others did not receive their resort credit coupons until check out. Overall, while the staff and view were pleasant, the overall experience at Dreams Los Cabos Resort left much to be desired. We would not recommend this property to others until they address these issues and improve the quality of their accommodations and services.

When we checked in they gave us the wrong room and we were apart of a wedding and they did that to everyone in the wedding. We paid for a ocean view and received a garden view. They didn’t show us around when we checked in. They made us wait and no map or anything to make us feel welcomed.

Dreams in Los Cabos is a wonderful property. We discovered the best food was in the French restaurant. The entertainment team is one fun loving group. Loved the health club. Reception was always helpful. Disappointed with 'The Petite Chef', the soup was the highlight. We asked for ground floor, ocean view. Second floor, pool view was our reality. Overall I would recommend the property, especially if you have kids. If you dont have kids, ask for a room around the 'Oceania' restaurant. Its quieter. Greet all staff with 'Hola', be polite, be courteous, and respectful. Lastly, please remember a package deal includes tipping. You dont have to tip on top of tipping, except maybe the sweet ladies cleaning your suite. Book today!

I haven't traveled internationally a lot, so this was new to me. I've never stayed at an all-inclusive resort before. It was absolutely unbelievable! The room was so comfortable and clean, every staff member we worked with was kind and professional, the surroundings were spectacular, and the food was absolutely amazing! It was truly the best experience I've ever had! My daughter and I are already planning our next DREAM vacation!!

Staff are exceptional. Beautiful and clean resort
The staff were so polite, friendly and helpful. Especially the entertainment staff (Marcos, Angel and Brian). They kept things super fun. Elsa always did a great job helping us at the pool. The resort is beautiful and clean. I felt very safe. The only suggestion I have would be to have more restaurants and food options. The buffet is great, but if you try to get food at any other locations, there is usually a line and long wait times, especially during traditional meal times.
