On our way to Vieques
The condo was well situated and well taken care of. The complex was quiet and the beach was beautiful. We only stayed for two nights and wish we had booked it for longer.

Paradise
This complex is beautiful! Other then a few minor quirks the condo is perfect.our only issue was total lack of communication with host/owner.door code was not recieved til we actually landed at midnight.qnd 7 out of 7 sent messages went with no reply.very disappointed in that.but condo extremely relaxing,gorgeous view and very close toall kinds of activities. Would definitely stay in this complex again!!!

Great vacation!
We had a great time in PR. The condo location is super convenient to the rain forest and an easy drive to San Juan. Overall the condo was safe and clean. The pictures and description in listing are accurate. The beach area was beautiful. Communication with Laura was fast and responsive. She was a great host. Hopefully we can get back there someday. Thank you-

Comfortable apartment near beach with the necessary ammenities
1-Bathroom extractor in master bedroom did not work 2-Bidette in the same bathroom was missing a handle. 3-Bathtub in hallway was dirty. 4-Broom and dustpan in laundry were full of beach sand 5-One of the storm shutters in the balcony did not work. 6-We called the host the day of the check in, left two voicemails for request of information...she did not reply.

Perfect Location for a PR vacation
Prime secluded feeling location only minutes from great food, the rain forest, and the ferry to Culebra and other islands. Host is great with communication. Condo is a minute walk to the beach gate. Would definitely stay again!

Excellent Location
The apartment is closed by many attractions, restaurants and beaches. It was clean and very spacious. The privacy of the two bedrooms and bathrooms was great to have. The host replied to my questions within minutes through text messages and gave us all the info we needed for the perfect stay. Will def. stay there again!

Walking distance to pretty beach
Condo comes with supplies to enjoy the beach: towels, chairs, cooler, beach toys, and a lot of other things we didn’t use. There are games and the kitchen is easy to use. Check in was easy and available earlier than 6 pm. The a/c units work. The beds are not very comfortable. Bring your own paper towels, if you use them, laundry detergent and extra toilet paper.

Perfect spot
Great stay, perfect spot on the ocean. Safe clean and everything you could want. Stayed before a cruise departure and the location was great for hiking in the rain forest and bio-bay kayaking. Would definitely stay here again. The beach chairs, cooler and boogie boards provided was ideal for a great afternoon on the beach.

Busy and relaxing!
We had a lovely time at Laura's condo! The facility was just as described and between the soccer, basketball, beach, and tennis we actually never even used the pool. The porch was perfection, we could see the beach and the mountains and the constant breeze kept everyone cool. The beach supplies on hand kept our young children perfectly happy. There were rip tide warnings while we were there, so the beach immediately on the property wasn't great for swimming for our young kids, but Luquillo beach was about 15 minutes away and was much more calm and we loved wading in the Mameyes River too!

This property is exactly as described. The beach is steps away, the apartment has everything you can think of inside it. You will need a rental car, nothing is close for walking but with a car everything is a few minutes away. I loved everything about this unit and will be returning. Highly recommended!

Immaculate and includes everything you need, this is a perfect place to stay for a great vacation in Puerto Rico. Just steps away from the beach so you can easily sit in the sun and relax in between any activities you might have planned.

Great access to beach and great stay for price.
Loved the access to the beach and location to get to the places we wanted. I did not enjoy however the VERY squeaky master bed! That was not awesome at all! Everything else was fine and had great beach chairs to use.

Great beach front apartment property
This is a great place to anchor yourself if you plan to visit El Yunque (15mins) and Fajardo (25mins). The instructions and check in process were very comprehensive and smooth. The property of very well stocked with beach access. Gated entry, calm and surroundings.

Excellent location—Poor beds
The location is beautiful and the apartment was fully furnished and clean. The listing never mentioned the futon in the living room which I am guessing is for two of the six adults in my party. Both the top and the bottom bed of one of the bunk beds was wobbling due to the screws/bolts not being secured and it caused an accident—my sister was hurt. Even though there was constant communication with the owner, we were told that the bunk beds were typically used by children. That response was disappointing.

Amazing Location
We are a family of four and we had an amazing time in PR. This property is in an excellent location. It is just steps from an almost empty and beautiful beach, less than 30 minutes from the airport, ten minutes to El Yunque, and a short drive to take the ferry to Culebra or Vieques. There are great restaurants just a short drive away, with shops as well. We will be back.

Good overall - a few exceptions
Overall, I'd recommend this rental. Pros: - Great location; easy walk to a very nice beach used only by residents & guests of rental properties on the same road. - Property is well stocked with all the beach amenities you could want. True to the listing in terms of other amenities as well. - Close to El Yunque, supermarkets, many good restaurants (highly recommend checking out the kiosks). - Despite 6PM check-in time (never this late w/ any other rental), the owner was flexible w/ earlier check-in. More on this below. Cons: - Inefficient check-in process. Ordinarily with VRBO rentals, all check-in details (lockbox/access codes, parking info, etc.) are shared by the owner at least 48 hours in advance. Assuming it's as easy as selecting a few fields in the app from the owner side. I'd texted the morning prior to check-in, as nothing was showing in the app, and no reply. I figured information would be provided the day of check-in; unusual in my VRBO experience, but no big deal. So the morning of, we're busy trying to leave San Juan - packing, checking out, picking up the rental car, etc. Still no check-in details & we're almost ready to hit the road. Finally had to call the owner and leave a voicemail. Also sent a message via the app to see what the problem was. She responded pretty quickly after the messages, saying the condo was ready. It was well before the 6PM check-in, so good there, but the whole process should have gone way more smoothly. - AC unit in the master bedroom is very loud; needs to be reseated in the wall frame - Bed in master bedroom is squeaky, as noted in other reviews More Pros: On the morning we were set the leave the condo, we had a load of clothes in the dryer when the power decided to go out. Hardly a rare occurrence in Puerto Rico, but interesting timing. The dryer lid locks automatically, for sensible safety reasons, & will not unlock until the cycle completes. We looked up various way of manually unlocking the dryer online; no success. The power had been out for over 2 hours & getting near check-out time, so we got in touch with the owner. She was able to get the cleaning lady dispatched. Very nice lady who contacted the maintenance guy. Turns out there was a secondary power source in the utility room downstairs, so we ran a cord to the dryer, rinse & spin. Voila! Problem solved, w/ a bit of adventure to boot. We enjoyed to condo overall & recommend. Just need to tighten up the check-in process for 5 stars.

Our stay was amazing! The condo was fully furnished with everything we needed for enjoying the day at the beach with our family from beach towels to a cooler. The beach was only steps away, and it was very exclusive. We highly recommend the stay.

Pleasant surprise
The location of this property is excelent. I live in Puerto Rico and know the area where it is located. The apartment was perfectly clean, properly furnished and all in working condition. The buildings and surrounding areas were well taken care of. The beach is two steps away. We found sanddollars everywhere. We were going to take some day trips but loved it so much here we never left. Highly, highly recommended.

Great place just far enough out of town
The condo was as described and we enjoyed the location. The beach was very nice and fairly secluded. Granted we were there during the week only, but only saw a few other people on the beach. You definitely need a car as nothing is walking distance, but it is only a short drive to Luquillo Beach Kioskos (we ate one meal there every day) and El Yunque. It's also a reasonable drive to the ferry. The property manager was responsive to questions we had.

family getaway
we traveled with our 2 young children- the location was beautiful the pool was warm and close to our unit. There were a few family friendly restaurants about 15 minutes away by car and Luquillo beach and El Yunque were about 20 minutes away.

Great condo with everything you need
Laura’s place has everything you need to have a great stay at the beach. The condo is well equipped and has more than most places we have stayed at. The location was great. The complex was clean and quiet. You can’t walk to restaurants but everything is a short drive away. Beautiful views of the rainforest when you’re sitting at the beach. Would love to stay here again!
