My experience at the Executive Inn & Suites hotel in San Marcos was terrible, disastrous and inaceptable, I am 60 years old and never had a similar experience, then I describe the facts:
* We arrived at 3:00 pm on March 23, we did the check in, they informed us that the device to make the acces cards to the room was out of operation and a person would open the door when we needed it.
* We just lowered the luggage and went to the event that brought us to this area.
* when we returned to the hotel to rest around 11:00 pm we realized the conditions of the room: dirty, with roaches all over the room, including the bathroom that were very dirty, the towels were dirty, they were not in conditions to be used.
* At 11:00 pm we decide to leave the hotel and ask the reception to return the money that we paid for the room, the answer was that we need to contacted the manager.
I do not understand how expedia.com cheat clients with the Executive Inn & Suites hotel when promoting this type of hotel. For my part I do not return to this hotel nor to look for another type of hotels through expedia.com.
