“This Villa was great, it had everything you could want for an extended stay in Nice. The Air Con was a live saver in the heatwave, solid Wi-Fi and a great Smart TV. The kids loved the pool and the layout was roomy and comfortable. Liars of places to sit and laze, private parking and only 10 minutes walk from the the Tram station. The bus stop was at the end of the road , so great connections all round. Franck was a great host as welll.”

“We were globally disappointed about that property due to different elements. Climatisation was installed in only 2 bedrooms, the rest of the house was hot (3 bedrooms, living room and kitchen …) and it was complicated to maintain the différent parts of the house cool. Part of the facilities were damaged: exterior sun loungers were ripped, one shower was partially broken, one base bed was not usable, the garden contain rusty tools dangerous for young children and was not maintained…. Finally...

The house was very clean and the owners very friendly. It also had the best swimmingpool we’ve ever seen. We were very happy with our choice for this house!”

“Un super séjour au printemps, les vues depuis la maison sont absolument magnifiques. La maison est accueillante, avec une magnifique terrasse, idéalement située dans le village et très calme. La proximité de l'épicerie du village est très appréciable. La réservation, la communication avec la propriétaire puis l'accueil ont été parfait. Je recommande cette location”

“Appena rientrati da questo fantastico soggiorno a pochi minuti da san Paul de Vence! Posizione tattica per esplorare i dintorni,Nizza,Antibes, Grasse..tutti a massimo mezzora di distanza. L'appartamento é piccolo ma ospitale: supera le aspettative delle foto. é situato accanto a quello dove abitano i proprietari di casa, molto disponibili e presenti in quanto a consigli e indicazioni. A lato dell'appartamento e sul retro del loro, c'é la piscina, che per tutta la durata del soggiorno ci hanno...

“Wohnung in ruhiger Lage mit senstionellem Blick sowohl in die Berge als auch in die Bucht von Cannes Tolle sehr freundliche Vermieter die immer ansprechbar und hilfsbereit waren, aber nicht aufdringlich sind. Bis zum Strand sind es 15 gemütliche Minuten mit dem Auto. Gleiche Zeit bis zur Autobahn daher ideal für Trips in Alpes-Maritim. Der Pool spricht für sich selbst.”

“Bella casa, vivibile in tutte le sue parti, in un quartiere calmo e rilassante a due passi a piedi dal centro e dalla Vieil Ville. La piscina ci ha « salvato » dalla folla del ferragosto in spiaggia.. Abbiamo avuto qualche problema (acqua piscina, gradini scala esterna) ma subito monitorati e rimessi a disposizione. “For our group of 8 adults and 4 young children, the villa had everything we needed and the sea views are perfect. Like most of the other reviewers we didn’t find the trains a problem but they are very regular (4 or 5 an hour). We had a few other issues. When we arrived, the pool water was green and cloudy. The owners came to fix the problem but the process took 4 visits to clear and get the pH correct so we couldn’t use the pool for 2 days in total. We had clean the dust from two of the basement...

“Fabulous location! We stayed 12 nights at this wonderful Villa in August and we had the most amazing holiday that has given us some fantastic memories. The house has everything you'd need. The views across the coast were breathtaking! The private pool is really good size. Susanna is an incredible host ! We can't wait to go back! You need a good car 🚘”

“Abbiamo soggiornato presso l'appartamento alto del Mas d'Azur per quattro giorni e tre notti in occasione del ponte dell'Immacolata. Appartamento bello e spazioso, arredato con gusto è dotato di ogni confort. Terrazza spettacolare con vista sul mare, che spazia da Antibes a Nizza, di cui abbiamo usufruito nonostante la stagione non proprio estiva. Proprietari gentili e disponibili. Crediamo che nella bella stagione si possa godere in modo più compiuto degli esterni e della piscina privata....
