“Wir hatten ein Familientreffen und haben uns in der wunderschönen Villa mit dem parkähnlichen Garten sehr wohl gefühlt. Die großzügigen und sehr schön renovierten Zimmer haben zudem genug Rückzugsmöglichkeit geboten. Die Gegend ist gut zum Sightseeing, wandern, spazieren geeignet und Annone selbst angenehm weg vom großen Tourismus am Comer See.”

“Zunächst einmal mega gut für Hunde: so viel Platz zum Herumtoben und Erkunden in einem sicher eingezäunten Garten, zu dem ein Park und ein Fußballplatz gehören. Und wir Menschen konnten uns super entspannen und fühlten uns sehr wohl. Wünsche wurden schnell erfüllt. Es hat uns an nichts gefehlt und wir kommen gerne wieder 😀”

“Die Villa ist einfach überwältigend! Von der Dachterrasse hat man einen atemberaubenden Ausblick! Herzlichen Dank an Stefania und Maria, die unsere Wünsche so erfüllt haben, dass die Feier unvergesslich bleiben wird! Zwei Kritikpunkte: eine WC-Spülung hat nicht funktioniert und eine Decke hat gefehlt, die aber den Gesamteindruck nicht trüben können. Alles war einmalig und faszinierend! Grazie mille!”

“Es war alles super, nur das 3. Zimmer im Keller ist kein gleichwertiges Schlafzimmer, das Bad ist eine voll ausgestattete Waschküche mit Clo und Dusche. Der Rest der Wohnung ist sehr schön ausgestattet. Wir wurden sehr nett empfangen und gut betreut. Gruß Christine”

“La maison était mieux en vrai que sur les photos ! Nous avons passé un superbe séjour à 2 couples avec nos filles de 18 à 21 ans. L'accueil était parfait, la maison est hyper fonctionnelle, nous avions la chaleur le jour et la fraicheur la nuit, un joli sentier nous emmenait en 5 min jusqu'au lac avec une plage tranquille, un petit bar, de l'herbe ou des graviers pour s'allonger et quelques marches jusqu'à l'eau à température idéale et vue superbe. “Siamo stati osptiti di Nadia e Andrea per una settimana. Ottima posizione per vistiare il lago d'Iseo e la Franciacorta. Il giardino, la piscina, la verdanda e i grandi terrazzi sono perfetti per rilassarsi tra giorni pieni di visite e il tutto è reso migliore della magnifica vista sul lago. L'unica pecca di stare fuori sono le zanzare. In generale, ci siamo trovati molto bene.”

“We spent a few days in Barni. Elisabetta welcomed us on the first day and showed us around. During our stay she maked sure, we feel safe and asked if everything is fine. The house was clean and spacious, also the garden, which has a pool, a nice BBQ area and lot of toys for the children. The kitchen was well equipped. There was also enough parking space for 3 cars. We enjoyed our stay very much. Elisabeta is a very nice and kind host.”

“Maurizio è stato molto gentile e disponibile venendoci incontro per le nostre necessità. Casa accogliente e spaziosa con un giardino ben recintato, ideale per chi viaggia con dei cani. Bellissimo paesaggio con suggestiva vista sul Lago di Endine. L'unico punto negativo è la posizione della casa direttamente sulla strada statale ed il traffico intenso. “This was the second time, we stayed at this villa (group of friends) and it probably won't be the last time. The villa is beautifully located with a view of the lake and the surrounding mountains and wonderful sunsets in the evening. The rooms in the upper floor are great and we enjoyed the pool and the billard table a lot. “Beautiful villa nestled in a quiet edge of a small town. Comfortable with a large pool and great outdoor areas! Paola met us and took us through everything we needed to know and checked in to make sure we had everything we needed. Central for touring Lake Como, Milan, Valpolicella, or areas south. We did have a chef in for two nights dinners and that was awesome. I would recommend this nice villa!”

Bestens nutzbarer direkter Zugang zum See, insbesondere auch für (nicht mehr ganz kleine) Kinder. Die angrenzenden, nicht übermäßig touristischen Orte haben uns sehr gut gefallen und ermöglichen Einkäufe in absolut akzeptablen Entfernungen. “This property is just as advertised! Beautiful property just south of Varenna. Everything was updated and clean. The patio is private and a great spot to enjoy the view of Lake Como. Marco and his wife are fantastic hosts. Marco even came and picked us up from the train station upon arrival! Pictures don't do it justice....the views of the lake are incredible from this property.
