essenziale ma valido
Hotel "consistent" ma adattissimo per il tipo di utilizzo "mordi e fuggi" dovuto al nostro tipo di viaggio . Posto in una zona un po' decentrata , è , ripeto , ottimo per chi lo sceglie come semplice tappa notturna .

It was convenient because it was close to where I was working in the area. There was people smoking and no one available at the front desk to let them know. The toilet stopped flushing in the middle of the night. When we left in the morning the front desk person was very dismissive. I would only stay here again soley for convienience.

It is so nasty from the hotel management to advertise their rooms at one price and then when you get there they say: Sorry we don’t have any room available at that price but…. We can give you one at this other price, it was such a dishonest way to take advantage but thank you, I’ll keep my money sleeping in my car 👌

To be honest, my wife and I disliked this hotel, there are many things that need to be repaired, the hotel is old and smells bad, the carpet is dirty, the bathroom needs repair, the elevator is in poor condition, the pool was closed. no more stay america

Big lie with this reservation. It says the breakfast was included. But actually it was not. Pool was not available. The public restroom located at the 1st floor was not available to be opened with the room key card. When I asked for help, no one at the front desk to assist me. When I requested to do a room cleaning service,the front desk told me I had to request one day ahead with BERY RUDE attitude. I said how about providing some clean lines that I can change by myself, the staff just handed me the lines and asked me to bring to the room while I had my hands full with some coffee and water cups. The worst thing ever was after I stripped the bed sheet, there were bloody spots on the mattress cover which was covered by the bed sheet. The 3rd day morning they even had no more coffee at 8am and no more hot water, when we tried to ask for help, no one was available AGAIN! The website should REMOVE the Breakfast included! This is the worst experience and worst service we ever had!

Try to stay anywhere else first!! Our check in was delayed from 3:00 to 5:00, and upon check-in, the manager was crass and swearing at both her coworkers and another guest. When we got to our room, it was disgusting. Pet hair from a previous guest everywhere, mold covering the shower, and bugs crawling in the carpet! When I asked to change rooms- they said they were fully booked. When I asked for a refund so I could stay at a different hotel, they said they have a no refund policy and that I had to “tough it out”. At night, it doesn’t feel safe and I felt I had to bring protection with me. Laundry facilities were disgusting and mostly broken. Every staff member I spoke with was rude or short tempered. Overall, this was a horrible stay! I would truly try to avoid staying here at any and all costs!!!

Lacking basics
No coffee maker in room, no cups or glasses. had to go to front desk and get myself. No outlets at nightstand to charge devices. Phone in room didn't work so couldn't call front desk. No vent in bathroom, dim lighting. Was a gap at door latch big enough for someone to see into my room.

They have a problematic door unlock card reader that your afternoon desk agent said was not recommended to use them and to only enter and exit through the front door. I saw other people using the alternative side and back doors. This should be fixed. FYI: The customer service desk clerk in the afternoon named Anne is not nice.

My room had large amounts of sealant shaving on the shower floor along with the maintenance supplies used to unseal the shower seal. When I called the front desk, the associated was bewildered as to what to do and offered to refer the matter to his superior. I never heard from the superior… After coming to the front desk at own volition, I was moved into another room with a shower with broken temp control — only scalding or freezing. An unpleasant experience, but I’ve had worse.
