“Listing the key events that made us rate this 1 star: 1. We arrived at the location and the host was not there. We had to call VRBO (EUR 30 in roaming charges which we want refunded) and the host. Whilst VRBO told us the reservation was fine, the host told us there was no reservation. 2. Finally, the host managed to find us a room. “Das Chalet ist sehr geräumig, hat eine sehr gute Raumaufteilung und es ist alles vorhanden, was man benötigt. Es hat im ersten Obergeschoss drei Schlafzimmer (SZ). Eines ist das Master-SZ mit einem begehbarem Schrank und einem Bad en suite. Es hat zudem ein zweites Bad im OG, was von den anderen Bewohnern auf der Etage genutzt werden kann. Im EG gibt es ein drittes Bad mit Dusche. Die Betten in zwei SZ sind Queen-betten mit einer grossen Bettdecke. Es ist sicher möglich, beim Gastgeber nach...

“Die Unterkunft ist sehr schön und geräumig. Sie liegt etwas ausserhalb vom Zentrum ohne den ganzen Trubel und ist doch nah am Geschehen und an Einkaufsmöglichkeiten. Wir würden die Wohnung wieder buchen - haben uns wohlgefühlt.”

“The unit was nice and functional but the description as "ski in/out" is not realistic. It was approximately a 500 meter walk up hill to the ski trail with an altitude increase of about10 meters. Going home the trip was downhill which was a little better but still not what one would consider "ski in/out". The view of the valley below was nice. There was a problem with the plumbing but the owner worked with us to get it resolved as quickly as he could. It was a nice quiet location.”

Trotzdem ist das Highlight der Blick runter ins Tal in die Runde der Berge und ins Blau des Sees. Dies ist von vielen gemütlichen Sitzplätzen aus möglich oder von der Schaukel die einem fast bis nach Poschiavo fliegen lässt.”

“The apartment is of an older date and seems worn down and lacking. The beds are decades old and completely gone. During our stay, there was an unreasonable amount of noise from the guests in the apartment below ours, which meant that we left a day earlier than we had paid for. We have been on holiday in Livigno 10 times and this stay is clearly our worst. ”
