Nos hubiera gustado que tuviera una mejor experiencia en nuestro hotel y es por ello que tomamos nota para mejorar los puntos que no fueron de su agrado.Nuestro servicio de turndown opera todos los días. Además siempre contamos con un equipo de respaldo que trabaja para cualquier imprevisto, como por ejemplo un turndown tardío. Operamos, como muchos hoteles, con el "door knob" donde de un lado muestra la solicitud de limpieza y del otro lado dice "por favor no molestar". A pesar de los desafíos normales que ocurren durante los meses de temporada alta, el servicio de cobertura fue considerablemente bien.Sin embargo es evidente que esta vez no pudimos alcanzar nuestro objetivo, ofrecer una experiencia excepcional a nuestros clientes.
