“I was stuck at Buenos Aires airport due to the National strikes. I went online and made a last-minute booking. I arrived at the hotel but the lady who was at Reception did not want to open the gate for me as she said I didn't have a reservation. The more I tried to explain to her that I only made the booking an hour ago (she spoke no English), the less she wanted to let me in. I even showed her my reservation on my phone but she kept on shaking her head. I explained that I paid an that I'm...

“The room did not appear as it was on the photos available on the website. The reservation said a twin bed but it was a small single bed. The room was very small. The service was however very good and very friendly. I got used to the very narrow space. The price was good.”

“Buon volte, qualche problema con il wifi perché per ogni piano o sala colazioni o reception si deve cambiare segnale. Nell'hotel c'è in reception un resposabile che parla italiano ed è davvero bravo e professionale per l'assistenza, soprattutto per coloro che arrivano per la prima volta a Buenos Aires, io, pur conoscendo molto bene la città ho avuto modo di scambiare opinioni su luoghi e locali.”

“All rooms are internal rooms. No real windows. Walls very thin. Running water in pipes loud. Roma well decorated. After my stay, I left my luggage in the storage area, and when I came back in the afternoon to collect it, the hotel was “closed.” I missed my onward flight. The manager/owner did help get my luggage back and offered me a free night’s stay, but it was too late. I’ve never seen a hotel that was “closed” before. Read the other reviews before booking. I do not recommend it.”
