"Good downtown location, our travel mates enjoyed seeing Albany for the first time. Hotel is new and amenities are excellent. Decent breakfast, parking at the city lot adjacent to the property. Hotel staff was very customer focused."

"I would give them 10 stars if available. This hotel was just wonderful. The staff very pleasant and friendly. The breakfast was more than I expected and very delicious. Rooms were clean and comfortable. I felt like I was at home. I will return again."

"Had an absolutely amazing time! great location, quiet, close to everything! Plenty of things to do nearby, and host left plenty of brochures to find food or activities. Only minor downer was that the oven seemed touchy"
