“We spotted the village from the road above, fishing village down a steep road, cobblestones and cottages. Gorgeous 300 year old pub on the harbour, great atmosphere, comfy bed and room, breakfast the next day was fresh and plentiful and offered with love and care. Really enjoyed it, 20 steos from the harbour so pretty to walk around.”

“Nice and clean, the staff are very friendly and attentive ,if it's not there they will they will get one for you (hair dryer). Breakfast lovely will make you what ever you require. Nice bar where you can order your excellent home cooked evening meal. We recommend the steak pie. Bathroom mirror could have been a little bit lower for my little legs other than that no complaints .”

“Management at breakfast left a lot to be desired. When we arrived, no one was there to greet us. The only staff member was engaged in a heated conversation with another guest. There was no milk for the cereal. No spoons either! Coffee pot had run out. Family sized kettle was supplying a dining room of about 20 people. Bread was in short supply. Basically under staffed. One staff member taking orders, serving food and clearing tables.”

“Super stay with truly amazing views. Whilst a steep walk down to the beach and back from the property it was well worth the effort as a fantastic beach. The fact that we had the beach all to ourselves on the first day was an added bonus. Great walks from the property. Property was very well equipped and Gary a lovely welcoming host. “My family loved staying at this home! We had plenty of room for my family of 5. Being able to walk into the fishing village or drive 15 minutes into town, this house was the perfect location for seeing Scotland sites on the east coast. “This B&B is close to main network and easy to find. Absolutely spotless room and the most comfortable bed ever! Very accommodating hostess who cooked me a delicious evening meal and a massive well cooked breakfast, despite my dietary needs (please let her know before you stay and nothing is too much trouble!) I would highly recommend this place for solo travelers as I felt very safe and welcome here. Thank you for a lovely stay.”
