They advertised that they renovated there property. They lied. Even if it is a cheap place to stay, it's to dirty, only received a towel, no face cloth or soap. Room, wind sill full of bugs, dirty window, screen, curtains. Tear in bed cover. Walls dirty and have visible repairs. Tear in bathroom lino, damaged walls in bathroom, awful. Fridge dirty, Microwave dirty. I already stated someone walking into my room and some of these conditions. I was not offered any compensation. I would not recommend to no one. Darlene O'Hare

Being so close to the university hospital i had good expectations. This cud be a nice place for people wanting to be near the hospital. But, the hallways are dirty the rooms need to be refurbished( paint, new sheets, blankets and pillows) and keep the drunks from yelling and fighting in the halls and parking lot. I dont know if someones at the desk at night. If not, there needs to be to keep the peace and phone police. The fellow at the desk when i got there was nice and helpfull. Cud be a nice place, its convienent and a modern building.

Staff were cleaning loudly at 4 in the morning so no sleep. Light from super bright hallway not blocked well at all through doorway. A window that wouldn’t lock or close all the way. Stains on the floor in the suite. Disgusting bathroom with no paper towel to even dry your hands and urine stains left everywhere. No one at desk for 20mins when I left to check out so I finally just shoved the access card under the gate and left. The only nice things were the parking and friendly young guy at desk when I checked in. Wouldn’t stay there again.

I will never stay there again very noisy the person at the front desk was dirtier that a homeless person and looked worse ,, not the girl at night , but the homeless person in the morning there was blood on the sheet that I didn't see till morning the room across from us smelled like cig smoke

Manager was not helpful after having a drunk man sleeping in the bathroom that was shared. Yelling and screaming all night long. Terrible.

the rooms are centrally heated, if it was colder for you, should have asked for a heater. Secondly, when you book a room, take some time and read what it comes with. It is written very clearly that the rooms share washrooms.

Dirty rooms
The whole building is dirty. There are holes in the walls in places. The room and bathroom were dirty. Everything was dusty. The bedding looked dirty. The room smelled bad and the halls have a weird odour. Something in the bed scratched me. They originally gave me a room that someone was already in. They had no hand soap in the bathroom and the room didn't have towels. I will not be staying here again and do not recommend it. Spend the extra money and stay at The Inn On College next door.

I never been so scared on my life! But the 1 hour of staying in this hotel is the worst experience I been! Check in at 12am I’m out at 1am. I can’t stand. This is not a hotel it’s a homeless shelter. And the environment is so scared. Even the front guy in the office. They are scared people. I’m not recommend this place. It’s a hunted house not a hotel. And a lot of homeless scary people outside!

We are sorry that you did not enjoy your stay. You said that you were scared of the people. I think it is your personal problem. However, our lodge is pretty nice and clean and provides a welcoming environment at a very reasonable price.

No room service. They never clean the room. AC is not working well, no washrooms in private. There is one washroom for 3 room even they didn’t clean that. Don’t go there guys anytime

Thanks for choosing Budget Lodge, and sorry to know that you haven't enjoyed your stay. we clean the room if you request to clean it, It's a small motel and has no room service, The Ac is working condition. The washroom is shared and is mentioned on the website, a housekeeper is cleaning daily.
