We have standards regarding linens but I know sometimes things can be missed. Anything with any sort of stain gets donated to shelters and animal rescues, so I will be sure to mention this to housekeeping. Hi Randy, I apologize for the unpleasant odor in the hallway during your stay. We recently renovated all of our hallways with new paint and carpet but I noticed that we have had a few mentions of a smell on that day. It must have been specific to something that occurred but I don't believe it is present anymore. We hope to see you again and that you will find the hallways more pleasant.

They are hanging closest to the window, they may have just been open enough for you to not see them as they are also light grey in colour. They have been known to blend in with the wall!
