They love welcoming our guests to their home. We take on board your concerns with the Wifi and we are continually working on getting the service improved, we are however limited by the telco services in Fiji and on some days it is perfect, while others not so much. Sorry we did not meet your expectations in that regard. I am aware that there are some big upgrades coming to Vanua Levu which no doubt will help our cause. Just to clarify we have 3 restaurants that were open when you stayed with us, and currently we are receiving glowing reports on all of our food. I also note that all 3 pools were open during your stay, perhaps you did not get a chance to see them all. We do hope that the rest of your time in Fiji was enjoyable. Bula Ashneeta.While we appreciate your review, we do not think it's fair for the following reasons:1) There was parking space available that you did utilize2) You checked in for 1 night only and informed us that you wanted a refund because you wanted to stay together with your extended family in Labasa. This is not possible when you have already checked in nor would it be possible if you canceled outside of the cancelation period. This is clearly stated on Expedia.Thank you.

We try to do our best to satisfy all our guests by providing good quality fresh food for lunch and this process ensures that always. We apologize that you didn't get straight answers from the team and also that the pull out sofa bed was not comfortable, we will be getting a replacement for it in the near future. All our Edgewater bures sits within a tidal lagoon on a peninsula therefore providing only mid to high tide the best times to swim in the ocean right off your private balcony or the marina lagoon where the Floating bures are across from your bure that is open for anyone to enjoy a swim in.We appreciate your review and thank you for choosing Koro Sun as your family holiday destination.
