angolo di paradiso germanico ma bagno scomodo
Posto meraviglioso immerso nella natura. Camera buona ma bagno troppo piccolo e scomodo e senza bidè. Ottima colazione e buon ristorante. Staff gentile ma freddo. Esperienza nel complesso positiva.

Vi kommer ikke tilbage
Det er et nedslidt 4 stjernet hotel. Det burde maksimalt have 3 stjerne. Vi havde lejet 3 værelser med 5 overnatning inkl. morgenmad til ca. 22.000 kr. Så har man lov til at have forventninger. Sø udsigten var ikke eksisterende pga. store træer. Restauranten var mildest talt virkelig dårlig. Pris i forhold til hvad jeg skulle kunne forvente passede slet ikke sammen. Låsen til mit værelse virkede ikke i 48 timer. Jeg måtte blive hjemme af flere omgange. De kompenserede os med 2 lejecykler i 1,5 time. Det var en joke. Stedet har potentiale til at blive godt. Masser af ude miljø og dyr der har det godt. Det bliver ikke et sted vi kommer tilbage til eller vil anbefale. Dog skal Schwerin og byen have meget ros. Virkelig gode oplevelser og gode restauranter i byen.

Eine moderne, stilsichere Lage und Unterkunft. Insbesondere das Service-Personal im Restaurant ist versiert und geht auf viele Wünsche der Gäste freundlich ein. Insgesamt eine harmonische Atmosphäre, das Hotel ist sehr empfehlenswert.

Es war ein kurzer Aufenthalt in der Hotelanlage. Abendbrot am 1. Tag war gut, traf jedoch geschmacklich nicht meinen Gaumen. Die Karte ist übersichtlich, alles ist frisch zubereitet. Es hat meiner Frau sehr gut geschmeckt, mir fehlte etwas vom Schwein. Wir waren dann im Pool, tolles Ambiente, es gibt auch mehrere Saunen. Eine direkt am See, aus der Sauna raus und im See abkühlen. Das Zimmer war sehr schön und groß, TV hatte viele Sender. Ein Tablett kann genutzt werden, toll. Internet ist super, auch das W Lan. Der Hammer ist das wirklich sehr reichhaltige Frühstück. Hier ist nach unserer Ansicht alles vollkommen perfekt. Wir hatten das Gefühl es gibt alles was man sich wünscht. Leider waren die Tage verregnete, so dass man die Umgebung schlecht besuchen konnte. Wir waren in Schwerin und haben uns die Innenstadt angesehen. Auch hier gibt es viele Restaurants das Schloss sollte man sehen und die kleinen Gassen sind toll. Wir haben abends im Café Prag zu Abend gegessen, sehr lecker. Das Gelände der Hotelanlage ist sehr ansprechend. Es gibt Tiergehege mit Schafen, Ziegen, Esel, Hühnern und Alpakas. Wir würden wieder hinfahren es war eine tolle Zeit.

Schöne Lage am See, ansonsten viel Luft nach oben
Schöne Lage am See, etwas weiter von der Schweriner Innenstadt entfernt. Zustand der Zimmer insgesamt in Ordnung, Einrichtung und Ausstattung sind allerdings veraltet und teilweise abgewohnt. Die Wege auf dem weitläufigen Hotelgrundstück sind lang. Parken funktioniert ohne Probleme. Der Service ist freundlich, lässt aber insgesamt zu Wünschen übrig. Das beworbene Hotelshuttle existiert jedenfalls im Oktober 2022 nicht mehr, die einzige Alternative sind relativ teure Taxis. Der Whirlpool war ohne Begründung außer Betrieb, die Sauna kostet (wie Bademäntel) kleinliche Extra-Gebühren, und wird nur widerwillig bzw. offensichtlich genervt angeschaltet. Spa-Anwendungen werden wegen Personalmangels am Wochenende gar nicht angeboten. Das Essen im hauseigenen Restaurant ist in Ordnung, auch wenn man in der Stadt für günstiger wesentlich besser essen kann. Service und Weinauswahl sind schwach.

Freundliches und hilfsbereites Personal. Ruhiges und sauberes Zimmer. Minibar nicht gefüllt. Essen im Restaurant recht gut und preislich angemessen. Weine auf der Weinkarte alle nicht bestellbar, Personal ist auf Nachfragen zum Weinservice nicht eingestellt. Sehr gutes Frühstück.

Eine sehr schöne Anlage, besonders der Anliegeplatz für Boote und die Strandbar sind idyllisch, leider haben wir wegen des kühlen Wetters nicht Gelegenheit gehabt , den Abend dort zu verbringen. Das Zimmer war sauber und das Personal nett. Das Frühstück war gut, den Kaffee habe ich durch Cappuccino ersetzt, besonders toll fand ich, das dies nicht extra in Rechnung gestellt wurde. Ich würde das Hotel wieder besuchen❤️👍

The surroundings of the hotel are splendid. The hotel has all that is needed for a perfect stay with an excellent ( although somewhat pricy) restaurant and a very good breakfast. There was a bottle of warm water on the table at 5 euro but an empty fridge. In the bathroom there was only soap and shampoo, fixed to the wall. In the closet was a list of everything in the room, probably so you could check that everything was there. However, it conveyed you the feeling that the hotel knew, what was there so you should not try to steal. The room had what was absolutely necessary but nothing extra. The really negative thing, however happened when we went to the restaurant for dinner. We had reserved a table and came across the park to the nearest part of the restaurant, next to where our table was situated. In front of us was a german couple who were trying to enter the restaurant, but they were stopped rudely by the maitre d'hotel. He told them that they had to go around the hotel and use the other entrance through the reception. The german lady tried to argue that the entrance from where they stood was only about 12 meters through the restaurant. The maitre d' got angry and started shaking his head at her. They left, furious. My wife hadn't noticed what happened and tried to enter but was stopped equally rudely. She did not get, what he meant so she got shooked at as well. An absolutely unacceptable behavior!!! There is no excuse for shaking you head at guests!!!

Super schönes Hotel direkt am See
Super schönes Hotel direkt am See. Zimmer waren sehr gut ausgestattet und sehr sauber und wurden jeden Tag gereinigte. Absolutes Highlight ist die Sauna am See einfach nur toll. Das Personal ist auch sehr freundlich.

This was a gem off the beaten track. We highly recommend this hotel if you need a few days away from the busy life. Very serene. Interesting history and very good breakfast. Sad we couldn’t stay longer. Not much English spoken.
