Dear David,I am sorry you were unhappy with your stay. We will investigate and make changes accordingly. Staff did resolve the door issue as soon as you brought it to our attention. Our building is about 60 yrs old and we continuously make improvements. We are at one of the safest location which is next to police and fire department. We will address your feedback with our staff. Dear Maria,We do provide one parking space per room to all our guests. We always tell all our guests if there in no parking available in the lot come and see us so we can show them overflow parking lot. Many of the hotels in Seaside Heights charges for parking but we offer it free with room. I am sorry if there was an issue with finding parking.

Hi,We are sorry you were unhappy with our bathroom size. Unfortunately building is old and there is limited changes can be made. We have done major renovation in last few years and made many improvements. I know for some of our guests commented on rooms and bathroom size but we take great care in keeping it maintained. We do have sister property where rooms are larger and bathrooms are also decent size. Please contact us to book at our sister motel.

Dear James,We are sorry you were unhappy with your stay. Upon check in we did inform you that it is a prom weekend and there were many teenagers staying at our place. We offered you free cancellation but you said you were fine with it. Kids above you were very respectful and were quite once I spoke to them. We generally do not rent to families during prom season cases like yours. Kids are here to have fun with their piers and they do tend to stay up later in nights. I understand you wanted to sleep but prom season rules are different. I am glad you were happy with the room.

Dear Ray,We are sorry we did not meet your expectation. Our rooms are basic since we are a Motel and not a five star hotel. Many of us are aware since covid labor and material cost has gone up we also had to adjust our room rate. Still our room rate is very competative to other businesses. We were not aware of your physical needs and if you had asked for different room we would have gladly switched your room to accommodate your need. Once again we are sorry.
