Family Vacation
We recently stayed at Jim's property and had an absolutely wonderful time!! The house is terrific and the location is awesome, only a block and half from the beach. We were grateful for the parking pass and beach passes. Amenities of the home were as described. Jim is very responsive to communication and a pleasure to work with. We would highly recommend this property and want to come back next summer!! Thanks so much Jim.

Outstanding - Definitely Recommend! Great location, beach house was very clean, had everything we needed and block away from beach, boardwalk, great location, north end Seaside Heights. More Outstanding - the Property Manager and Premier Host (James Donnelly) was Fantastic!!! Jim was very friendly, responsive, throughout our week long vacay. Great Family Unit Close to the Boards
Great location and has everything you need! We parked right in front with the parking pass. Only one and a half blocks to walk right onto the beach! Towels and chairs were available for us to use. Jim was really responsive to anything we needed. We traveled with 2 adults and 4 kids (ages 17-10). Everyone had a great time!

Great location and awesome communication
Jim is a fantastic host who is very responsive. It is a nice little house in easy walking distance to the boardwalk, ocean and the Hooks restaurant. Comfy for our small group of three. June is a great time to visit if you don’t mind cooler ocean temps. Everything is pretty much open. And beach is not jam packed and warm. Very clean house and area. Not the Seaside I remember. I live in the Poconos and the locals there have really worked hard to promote an area mixed with family owned businesses and chains. House came with a parking permit and beach tags which is awesome as they charge $10 a day.
