Their front desk closes at 10pm, towels and washcloths thin and rough, couch old and broken down, mattress was uncomfortable and the pillows were flat. No elevator and even after we were told someone would take our luggage upstairs when we booked, we had to do it ourselves as the office was closed. They gave us a room number that did not exist on all their signs, so had to call them in order to find it. Our room did not have a sign on it stating the room number, come on people get it together. The note we got stated if we needed anything to go to the office, so that tells me this is a self service place. The good thing was they did honor my request and gave us a full refund. Did have a beautiful view. Toilet was dirty as well. I think the owner needs to put some money into the place and add signs, furniture etc.

The lady at checkin was lovely. The person on night duty was curt and not helpful. The hotel was older and motel-style, but rooms were updated. AC worked great. I was told the doors would be open in the morning and coffee was available to guests, but unfortunately I was leaving at 7:00 and the lobby wasn’t open until 8. Earlier coffee availability would have been a bonus since they don’t offer anything else refreshment/food wise. Overall a decent stay. Convenient location.

Check in was easy and reception was very helpful. We had an issue with toilet and manager got us moved to another room very quickly.

They sent reminders and online check-in which makes the process easy. They let us check in early since the room was ready. The location is really convenient to all the red rock trails. We literally walked to bell rock trail from the hotel! It is so cool to be surrounded by all the breathtaking red rock views

If you're interested in hiking Bell Rock -this is a good place to stay. You can walk there & not deal with the overflowing parking lot. Decent room. Be careful when you book - we got a room that had a view of... the stairwell. Some of the rooms on 2nd floor would have a fantastic view, though. It's clean & relatively comfortable, though a bit run down. Ceiling mildew in bathroom. The bed platforms are awful metal things that you can't avoid kicking & make a really loud noise. Know that Sedona is now very, very, touristy busy. You MUST make reservations for meals (or wait quite some time - anywhere). Allow 20-45 min. just to get from Bell Rock into Sedona.

Booked the deluxe Mountain View king, but got stuck in a room behind a staircase so we didn’t have much of a view. The comforter had what looked to be makeup marks on it, but when I told the front desk she did immediately bring in a different one. Spa tub was nice, nice shower as well.. plenty of hot water. Room was small but did have a microwave and a fridge. We heard every movement from the people who stayed above us, if we stayed again, I’d definitely request a room that is available upstairs. Overall, was one of the cheaper options in the area and front desk staff was friendly, easy check in and out.

Seniors on a budget. Our room was very clean. Although hotel is older, room was modernized and comfortable. Parking was great. Price was extremely affordable. We just needed a clean safe bed with warm shower and appreciated that was what we got. The price was significantly less than rooms at surrounding hotels and we put the money we saved toward food expenses at local restaurants.

The view here is spectacular. The staff are very friendly. The cleaning products are overwhelming to the senses and leave the floors sticky but the bathroom floor had lots of hair on it. (Not our hair)

Location is great! Can walk to food, bar, convenience store. Felt very safe walked to restaurants at night no problem. We will definitely stay here again. Only thing, the room could be a bit cleaner. Spilled coffee on counter tops, floor was dirty walls in bathroom area could use a good scrubbing. Bedding was very clean and comfortable!!

Good But Not Value for the Money Charged
Overall we had a comfortable stay at the Wildflower Inn at Bell Rock. The bed was reasonably comfortable and the room was clean upon check-in. The maintenance of the room was not as good as I expected, as I noticed over my stay that at least two light bulbs were "out" and had NOT been replaced. One of the bath towels in our room had a long thread hanging off the seam, and I had to use the towel that way. The reason I am noting this is because after noticing these things I felt that I did not completely get value for money at this hotel.

Desk clerk was lacking in friendliness and people skills, tv was not connected, no grab bars in shower, and the heater unit was very loud to the point of disrupting sleep.

Nice view with a fireplace
This motel is unique in its location, but it is also clean and comfortable. A nice feature is the gas fireplace - once you figure out how to turn it on (via a light switch). I met three staff members, all were very friendly and helpful. We liked it so much that we extended a stay for one night into three nights. Considering that I originally selected it for its price, this is amazing.
