Vue magnifique avec des couchés de soleil de rêve. La petite piscine privé de la villa 531 vaut la peine. À savoir: établissement sans alcool, mais un a le droit d’acheter ce qu’on veut à l’extérieur. Un haut parleur qui diffuse des chants musulmanes à partir de 5h00 du matin. Ça ne nous a pas dérangé, mais il fallait s’habituer de ne pas se faire réveiller par les chants. Dans l’ensemble un séjour réussi, malgré un restaurant moyen.

The property looks like the listing. Clean, nice staff, good breakfast, amazing pool. It is not in a walkable distance and you need a driver because there is no parking on the property. It will need to have maintenance on a regular basis, otherwise it will not age well… Overall good deal.

We chose the Svarga Hotel for its stunning architecture! Beautiful design and interior as expected. Our stay here was overall enjoyable, the staff are super helpful and friendly. However, we did come when the lift was in maintenance so it was a bit of a hike to our room. I also wish that they can improve on maintaining the structures (rooftop area etc.) and facilities a bit better as the hotel is very beautiful. the breakfast is nice too. Thank you Svarga Hotel!

Ein absolutes Traumhotel !!!
Wir waren schon in unzähligen wunderschönen Hotels in Asien, aber das SVARGA ist eines der Unbeschreiblichsten. Kein übliches Strandresort sondern schmal und hoch in den Berg gebaut. Das heisst man hat in den Zimmern Privatsphäre und vom Restaurant und in den oberen Suiten mit Privatpool eine sensationelle Aussicht. Der Strand ist fussläufig in ca. 5 Min zu erreichen, Wasch- und Einkaufsmöglichkeiten sind direkt vor der Tür, ebenso eine Rollervermietung. Mit dem Roller hat man unzählige tolle Strände, Beachclubs, Massagen usw in direkter Umgebung. Zu den Gili Islands sind es ca 25 Minuten mit dem Roller. Die Ausstattung ist top, der Service in allen Belangen ein Traum, wir kommen auf jeden Fall wieder.

The common were nice, but the rooms were very underwhelming. Not super clean and the AC barely worked. Breakfast was below average. Overall, really not as nice as on the pictures from the listing

Would not recommend
Unfortunately we found the room very sparse and uncomfortable - no place to relax unless you sat on the bed. The pool was uninviting as you are right by the restaurant - no umbrellas. Grounds did not provide any areas to relax in. On top of that the nearby mosque would broadcast loudly {chants} several times a day ! We left two days early sacrificing our money as it was that uncomfortable. Staff were friendly but that did not make up for for the rest !

Hotel muito interessante, com óptimas estruturas! Pessoal cinco estrelas, eles são a estrela da casa, tratam os clientes como únicos! Um grande bem haja ao Adi, ao Mukhlie Ibrahim, a aggrn, o vosso profissionalismo e simpatia são excelentes! Se tiver medo de bichos, as casa de banho são abertas, puxando alguns, chamamos diversas vezes a manutenção para ajudar, e prestavelmente la vinham eles! Restaurante e óptimo!!

Nice and friendly personel. Unique architecture. If we go here again, we would choose a room with a private pool. The water pipes did not peeform well and wasnt fixed when we asked about it. Also, despite good overall service, it was slow and we had to ask several times for cleaning and fresh towels. Food quality could be improved.

We had amazing experience in here. Nice view , friendly and kind stuff, beautiful designs building and room with every detail. Pool is amazing we can stay pool side all day long. Nothing to see near by there but you can relax in this hotel.

전망이 너무 좋았고 직원들고 친절합니다. 조용한 것을 좋아 하신다면 정말 좋은 선택입니다. 아쉬운점은 드라이기와 칼을 빌려 달라고 했는데 갔다 주지 않았고 서비스가 좀 느린 편입니다. 근데 큰 지장은 없었습니다.

Beautiful hotel
The hotel was beautiful! Only exception was all the spiders and ants everywhere. The staff was generally very helpful and serviceminded. The hotel is not very central... but sengiggi is not a bustling city, more a place you stay as a hub to do other things in Lombok.

Et hotel med et virkelig lavt niveau af rengøring
Svarga hotel; Vi have fire overnatninger på hotellet. Da vi først ankom var vores indtryk af hotellet rigtig godt, da hotellet så stort og rent ud udefra. Dog blev vi klogere, da vi kom ind på hotellet, hvor vi hurtigt opdagede, at rengøringsniveauet var meget lavt og at de generelt så slidt ud alle steder. Udendørsområderne bliver ikke vasket grundigt og der var adskillige snavspletter i den pool suite vi havde bestilt både i soveværelset, badeværelset og i køkkenet, samt rester af brugte cigaretter liggende ved poolen, som ikke blev fjerne selvom vi nævnte det over for personalet i receptionen. Selve hotellet lå godt placeret i forhold til byen senggigi.

Location is not strategic which not near to beach or market. However it is a awesome place if you are looking for quiet stay and amazing facility. We can enjoy private pool in our room and floating breakfast in the morning. The resort have own restaurant which provide great food as well.

5 star hotel with 5 star staff and owner!
We had an amazing time in Svarga! The staff were friendly, rooms clean and the service excellent. The only thing I didn't like was the breakfast which wasn't a buffet but a la carte. I lost my wedding ring when we were checking out and asked the staff if they could look for it. The owner came out with the ring as we were leaving and told us they found it in the pool. Thank you once again! I highly recommend this place!!

Der Service im Svarga ist wirklich hervorragend - jeder ist hilfsbereit und freundlich. Leider ist das Hotel ein bisschen abgewohnt. Es gibt etliche kleinere Schäden am Gebäude und den Zimmern. Der Pool grenzt direkt an das Restaurant, dadurch kann es beim durchaus leckere Frühstück (Menü) auch mal lautet werden, wenn dort Kinder planschen.

Beautiful hotel with the friendliest staff.
A beautiful resort with the friendliest and most accommodating staff. When we stayed, a room beside the pool was under maintenance, but still the views over the palm canopy were truly gorgeous. We would fully recommend this hotel and loved our time here.l

Beautiful hotel but in need of refreshing
Svarga Lombok is perched on the side of a mountain. It is a beautiful property. Unfortunately, upon closer look, the rooms are in quite a bad shape and in need of serious renovation. There was water damage on walls, ceilings, and floor tiles. The wooden furniture looked weathered. Fortunately, the staff was friendly and always ready to cater to our needs. A plus point of the rooms, they were clean, airy, and bright. Now on to our ordeal during our 1-night stay. We were initially given a Varda Suite (without private pool). However, the ceiling next to a sliding door started to leak when it rained on that day. We called to inform the receptionist and were immediately upgraded free of charge to a Varda Suite with a pool. The room was huge with open, non-AC living room and kitchen. Anyway, our elation was shortlived. That evening, we found the open area was swarmed with flying termites. Although they did not bite, they were a nuisance when we were in the living room. We ended up hiding in our room for the rest of the evening. We had informed and written in to the management in hope that they would rectify this issue in the near future.

2年振りに滞在しました。スタッフは常に親切です。部屋も施設も常に清潔で、今回も快適に過ごせました。 Wi fiが2年前より弱くなっているようなので、それだけが改善されるといいですが、僕にとってパーフェクトなホテルです。
