“A lovely villa in a peaceful tranquil retreat. Wonderful views of the coast and surrounding hills. Watch the Eagles soaring above. Very peaceful you can listen to the wildlife around you. The nearest Taverna is just over a kilometer away but you are unlikely to encounter a car walking there. Beautiful lake nearby to see the fresh water turtles.”

“Abbiamo soggiornato nella Villa Gereoudis per una settimana e ci siamo trovati benissimo, avevamo una stanza al primo piano con vista sulla piscina. Stanza molto graziosa, piccola ma molto accogliente, doccia spettacolare! Piscina con tanto di doccia, sdraio e ombrelloni… tutto il necessario per passare una bella giornata in tranquillità, bar accanto alla piscina con una veranda bellissima per fare colazione e bere e mangiare, ecc. Soggiorno Fantastico! ”

“This was our second stay at villa Sevos and it has been fully renovated since our last visit in September 22. We loved it before but it's even better now, clean and modern throughout with huge windows to make the most of the stunning views. The morning visits from the peacocks who live at the farm across the way were a highlight of each day. The staff are just as lovely as we remembered from last time and couldn't do enough to ensure we enjoyed our stay. Wouldn't hesitate to recommend this place...

“Wir haben unseren Aufenthalt sehr genossen. Wir waren mit 14 Personen (9 Erwachsenen und 5 Kinder) in der Unterkunft. Bei Ankunft war alles sauber und aufgeräumt. Das Außengelände und der Wohnbereich sind gepflegt und weitläufig. Die Schlafzimmer und Bäder sind dagegen teils sehr kompakt, sodass etwas improvisiert werden musste. Der Spielplatz und der Pool waren für die Kinder perfekt. Lediglich ein kleiner Buddelkasten wurde von der Jüngsten vermisst. Die Betreuung durch Lina war sehr gut....

“Villa Tamos is a wonderful, well-equipped, spacious villa in a beautiful setting and we absolutely loved our time there. The pool is as perfect as the view and grounds and Stuart and Lorraine were super-helpful hosts. The villa is well located for exploring Crete and the restaurants/bars/shops of Almyrida are only ten minutes drive away. There is a long unmade track to the property, which needs driving with care, but it's well worth it, and we hope to return one day! Thank you for everything....

“Bei der Anreise würde ich vorher die Karte auf Googelearths herunterladen, vor Ort ist es ein wenig versteckt ( beim Schild Villa Nathalie in den Weg ruhig abbiegen 😊)... aber der Vermieter ist Tel. ständig erreichbar und hilft sofort weiter. Wenn ihr dann noch vorsichtig mit der Treppe im Haus seid, euch besser ein Nachtlicht anmacht!!!!... dann steht einem herrlichen Urlaub überhaupt nicht s im Wege. Es ist alles da was ihr braucht. “Overall loved the place. There were a few niggles like the garden lights being intentionally turned off detracting from the atmosphere, penny-pinching in the extreme. Not being able to leave the washing machine or dishwasher on when going out because the electricity fob was locked to the door key, very patronising, especially considering the money paid for rental.the location was excellent and the outside ameneties great. “Kalastous is a beautiful villa complex, peaceful and relaxing. Close enough to the town of Rethymno to go out for dinner and hit the shops as well as a relaxing at the beach, but far enough away to feel the busy town life melt away. Car hire is a MUST, as the roads are slightly challenging at times. A welcome pack to the villa with some essentials (i.e. water, breakfast items) would make this villa absolutely perfect!”

“Wir haben uns sehr wohlgefühlt. Es war sauber und es war alles da. Könnte mal renoviert werden und das Haus ist kleiner als es auf den Fotos erscheint. Aber für uns hat es gereicht (6 Erwachsene und 2 Kleinkinder) und dafür waren die lauen Abende unter den Olivenbäumen wunderschön. Die Tavernen im Dorf sind sehr gut, der Supermarkt hat ab 9.00 Uhr frisches Brot. Es war immer jemand erreichbar und alle waren sehr hilfsbereit. Vielen Dank dafür.”

“We had the most amazing holiday in Almyrida. Villa Iannis was beautiful and the restaurants served great food. We particularly liked Psaros and Francois. The villa was spotless, the pool was bigger than we anticipated and Jan was so kind, helpful and just very lovely. We will be back! The only issue for us was the layout. You can’t see the pool from the villa and there were a lot of steps but our children are 11 and 14 so it was fine for us. Thank you Jan, Dimitra and the Almyrida team ❤️😊”

“I am struggling to find works to describe our stay. We have spent last 5 years organising business trips which ranged from 16-30+ people and this has been an absolute show stopper. The villa itself is absolutely beautiful, so close to the beach and some brilliant restaurants. The on hand service from Etouri is excellent to the point we have already booked another stay with them for next year. Sofia who manages the villa is ever so lovely and ever so helpful with anything.
